Very small public areas, hardly room to move about. The balcony had room for 7 persons. A small roof terrace. The "pool" was the size of a bathtub. Breakfast rather simple.Small rooms, rather noisy. Nice Swedish staff.

I was on a business trip and did not realise that b'fast is only served after 8am, obviously to cater for people on holiday, which after all is 95% of their business. No good for working guests who need to be out and on the road long before 8am!

Nice, small and clean b&b with a central location in Cape Town. Nice and helpful people working there. Also perfect having the possibility to book adventure trips with the owner. These trips are in small groups and start from the villa, which makes everything easy and accessable.
