y wife and I stayed at Africabana for one week during our honeymoon, and we were so happy with everything: room, view, location, breakfast, service. When you visit Cape Town, you should not stay in Cape Town. There are many hotels in the Waterfront area, but that area is just a tourist trap. Go there for a few hours but...

The most amazing place to stay in Bakeoven, Leigh and her staff are 1st class everything done for you from washing ,bookings, cabs, bar stocked every day. internet, what else could you ask for !!!! and the most wonderful breakfast, and excellent room. cannot wait to return.

Stayed here for three days at the beginning of March and had a Wonderful stay,Fabulous Breakfasts and Service from the Staff,Laundry,booking Restaurants cabs all no problem. Leigh the owner is a absolute gem,Only downside is there are only a few rooms,which will get booked up,so don't tell to many people about this place o.k.
