What a great location. We were allowed to have a look into the garden rooms. They are simple but the view is worth each rand! The pool was a little bit dirty but it was too cold to have a swim so we tried the restaurant. Quality was o.k. The service was South African style!

This delivers exactly what is says it will. The facilities are perfectly adequate 3 STAR and most things work. Reception by Happiness was warm, welcoming and efficient. help with our bags by the girls was an experience. We had help with bookings and alarm calls worked. Genuine service throughout our stay. Quite a contrast to the supposedly 4 star Selbourne...

This property was wonderful retreat after a long day of travel. The staff were superb. The meals a delight and the hotel offered most of the comforts of home. From the quaint bar and refreshing pool area to the nightly visits from the local hippos, this property shouldn't disappoint; you'll feel as if your almost at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. Well recommended. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Probably would recommend taking the ground floor rooms because it allows for easy access to the pool. We enjoyed it

A great location refurbished rooms are fine. Was hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but so glad I opted to stay. Good value, relaxing stay. Staff were efficient and friendly - especially Nokisha at reception who was particularly helpful when we had problems with our hire car. Lovely to see eland and mongoose in the garden and great range...

The hotel itself is pretty ok. A few things bothered me though, for one, the towels smelled bad and some had stains on them. It's not an issue to some, but to me it's gross. The breakfast was of very poor standards though. They have two toasters for over 50 rooms and the selection of stuff on offer was also...

Thank you for your review. I will certainly follow up on the excursion as your comments are valid. The breakfast buffet is popular although it seems that it did not please your preferences. It was our pleasure hosting you and sharing the area with you.

Absolutely love this great hotel! Location is great! Buffet breakfast was amazing ( actually missing it in the mornings :) wish I could have it everyday!) We had the triple room and we're definitely satisfied with it! The huge double bed and one single which slept so comfortably. The aircon cooled us down from the heat and humidity outside and absolutely...

We stayed at the hotel for a second time to celebrate my father in laws birthday. Very glad to see that a revamp is being done.. the room we stayed in was one already done. The bathroom still a bit lacking for my likes and shower head not working accurately but the room itself is good. We had room 6...

We have been there just for one night... it is ok, don´t expect any fancy rooms. Needs some modernisation, but the rooms are clean, bathrooms not. Breakfast was disappointing... but we had a great dinner in town.
