We loved our suite, the restaurant and the setting. It checked all the boxes for a safari lodge. I believe it's moderately priced. Our suite was overlooking a pond and we enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the pond. We generally had breakfast and dinner included. Some meals were from the menu and other days there was a buffet. I believe that's when they had larger groups. We were just 2 people. We enjoyed the variety of foods. The staff was very attentive. Recommend for a stay!

THE GOOD - the braai with live music and dance performances - the pool - big bungalows and rooms with air-conditioning and own balcony towards the pond - 5min drive away from Hazyview centre with cheap (chain) restaurants, pharmacy and shops - buffet dinners had a vast selection of different food - and they were tasty!! - waiters were super friendly and smiley THE BAD - lunch and dinner off the menu could be improved significantly. The burger and the chicken pasta we had were very average with clearly just frozen ingredients used. Should opt for fresh and local ingredients. THE OK - slight drive away, maybe 20min, from Kruger NP - not really a problem, maybe even better that it's not in the outskirts of Kruger.

I ended up here by accident without booking in advance, because I didn't know where I would end up after Kruger Park. I looked at the Booking and drove in at random. Fortunately, there were plenty of rooms. The price turned out to be the highest at which I lived in South Africa, but the conditions were the best. The lodge is surrounded by a fence with wire.Alas, this is an imperative of South Africa. Beautiful, well-groomed territory. The room has very high ceilings and a mosquito canopy. Silence. In the morning, a great breakfast with eggs Benedict. In general, a great rest after a long trip to Graskop-Blyde-Kruger. Great place.

We stayed here as part of a Nat Geo tour. We used this property as a base for Kruger. All aspects of our stay was excellent. Our guide was great. We saw more animals than we had hoped to see. The rooms , food, and staff were all great. Kruger was teeming with animals.

My daughter and I stayed here recently while taking in the daily safaris into Kruger National Park which is nearby. We loved our room and balcony. Very comfortable and great value for the price. We'd definitely stay here again if ever lucky enough to return. Great quiet location near two of the gates into Kruger.

Sadly we were only here for one night. The price had been 45 Euros per night so my expectations were not high. I was wrong though - our room was lovely, a real bush room with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The pool area was relaxing and huge. The grounds themselves are amazing, so huge, green and well-kept. Breakfast was amazing and best of all - the lovely staff! All in such a good mood and so welcoming. They let us do late check-out which was very much appreciated. We stayed here as a stop over between Malelane and Hoedspruit and I will absolutely be returning due to the nice staff, lovey grounds ad great price.

The place is dreamy. The January special too good to be true. The hosts; Rodney at front desk. Hlengiwe on the phone, Fikile and Joshua at the restaurant. And the chef we never met, were all amazing. The dinner was not included in our rate, but the food was Soo Great, we made sure we were hungry every evening. The surrounding is lush and Green. Well kept grounds. The pool was warm and clean.our rooms were big and clean. The ponds around the area, provided for great tranquility. Close to Numbi gate for Safari in the Kruger Park. 5min away from Lowveld mall. The views are a whole conversation on it's own. The rolling mountain tops in the Morning and the star filled sky on clear nights.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. There are no baths only showers and the beds are a bit hard but other than that everything is top tier. Thanks to Muzi for being such a great host, we felt at home.❤️❤️
