We stayed at this resort for the last two years . Yes the furniture is outdated but it is clean and walking distance to a lot of amenities . Last year we stayed for 3 weeks and this year for about 6 weeks. Now this year I ask on the office staff on two occasions if I should book right...

Stayed one night, Nov 14, 2015. Outdated, smelly room, lots of noise (pounding, stomping) from room above while trying to sleep. It was well after 11:00 p.m. No coffee in room or breakfast (as advertised). Office does not open until 8:00 a.m. We went and had breakfast, elsewhere, and came back around 9:30; still no breakfast that we could see....

My husband and I stayed here on the night of the 5th and 6th. The room was definitely outdated. The bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept on in my life, my back still hurts from sleeping on it. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy and the Windows rattled all night. The air conditioning in...

This suite hotel is excellent throughout! Very comfortable and quite. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Not a speck of dirt or sand inside or outside! London Bridge about 3 minutes. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub and tennis court. Manager Heather and her Team (Leah, Jasmine, and Kai) are superb! I will stay there again when I visit....

Our room was a one bedroom suite. This is an older resort that is continually being updated, we were just off the pool and spa area, which was kept very clean. The resort is only one street over from the original downtown area, where local restaurants and pubs were within walking distance. We are club people, so we found the...

We took a detour to Lake Havasu and stayed at the Sands. It's an old apartment complex which was ok. It was old but for the most part clean EXCEPT the couch and chair. I wouldn't sit on either one. We didn't need a kitchen so if we took our time we could have found something better for the money...

The rooms are filthy and they only have one housekeeper. They do not have a laundry service that clean their towels and sheets they are...

We have stayed here for 3 months in the winter, Jan. thru Mar., for the past for 4 years & wouldn't think of going anywhere else in Lake Havasu. The manager, office staff & maintenance manager couldn't be more helpful. It is all suites, fully furnished, with WiFi and weekly housecleaning included. It also has covered parking, swimming pool, hot...
