We stayed there for 3 nights and 6 game drives. The atmosphere is very lied back but the staff (Julius and his team) couldn't have been kinder or been more attentive. The game drives were at 5.30am (wake up call at 5) and 4pm (and lasted around 3 hours) when you go out in an open jeep and see what...

What a wonderful safari experience. Although the wake up call is at 05h00 some of the ladies occassionally opted to stay in bed and relax (but missed out on some good game sightings). Although it rained for the first couple of days it did not dampen spirits nor detract from the ambience and comfort, lets face it Kruger needed the...

My husband and I visited the lodge a part of an organized tour and we stayed three nights. We did six safaris whilst there. Visiting Capetown Tabletop Mountain and Victoria Falls as part of the tour was expected to be the main highlights. How wrong we were. The safari was amazing and the guide very knowledgeable. He went out of...

We stayed with friends at Imbali Safari Lodge during December. It was wonderful being with our friends and out in the bush; from that point of view the visit was very special. The Lodge its self was disappointing. The maintenance in the chalet was really not up to the standard one would expect of a luxury 5 star lodge. Only...

Imbali was the best! The food is more than great, lodges were clean, spacious, luxe and beautiful. If you have the time, book a massage! Make sure you ask for 'Eagle Eye' Ãndrew or Nicholas for your driver/bush walk. But must say I think every driver is awesome! The staff of Imbali makes your stay one never forget. Some even...
