We order tequilas they don't have shot glasses! They ask if they can serve them in whiskey glasses which we agree to.... 20 mins later the waiter returns to say they didn't have enough whiskey glasses for the tequilas. Bacardi was pre ordered by friends the day before arrival, they ran out after the 1st round of drinks. The bar...

We enjoy the breakers and come here annually for a weeks holiday. Quite a few activities for the kids. The restaurant is slow in busy times and if you would like to go for dinner I suggest the Sands down the road as an alternative. Otherwise pleasant enough to stay

Absolutely great. The views from our room were amazing with the nature reserve right next door. Only let down was to not have a balcony. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our every need. Lovely pools and lovely restaurant .

Decent enough resort. But beware of the lying cheating staff and management. They will screw you over every chance they get. They will lye to your face and not willing to do anything if a room is not up to standard. They will cheat to ensure that refunds are not paid. Rather stay away.

My wife and I love coming here. It is perfect to relax and destress. Lovely rooms, amazing views and facilities. Has to be one of the best views in Durban. Take walk on the nearby nature trail. Really worth the effort the hike, beautiful scenery.

My stay at the Breakers Resort was wonderful. We stayed in the self catering private accomodation. Room 227 to be exact. We had everything we needed. The room was cleaned every day superbly, and all amenities worked perfectly. We had one day where the air conditioning stopped working, however we contacted reception and someone came to fix it promptly. The...

My partner, his parents and I stayed here whilst travelling around South Africa. We very much enjoyed our stay at the breakers. The pools are clean. There are 3 of them. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean. And room service for cleaning is good. There is a young female at reception who was always lovely...
