Checked in with my husband and 2 kids over the weekend. Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable, with a well maintained garden. Exceptional service and had a great breakfast! Everything you'd expect from an upmarket B&B! Owners available all hours in case anything comes up!

Rooms and common areas neatly laid out showing that a lot of thought was put into the decor. Decor portrays the owner's personality - classic, attention to detail, homely and vibrant. My room was a bit too flowery to my liking but still provided for a good stay - decor ideal for an elderly lady. Other rooms were a bit...

I spent 5 nights there and absolutely loved it. It's a very cosy guesthouse with friendly staff. The room I booked was beautifully decorated. I did feel at home. In addition, it's easily accessible, especially if you have hired a car for your stay in Durban. I'd definitely recommend staying there.

It has a boutique hotel feel to it and each room is fully equipped with everything that you would need. The host Barbara is fabulous too and made our stay highly enjoyable. Lovely guest house, great staff, fantastic location and walking distance to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and homely, laundry service and tea and coffee in our rooms was really good too! Would highly recommend this guest house. Kathy has a lot of local knowledge and recommendations on what to do rain or shine.

Very comfortable and cosy guest house in the plush leafy Northern area of Durban. Nice well tended garden with pool, clean, large and comfortable rooms and warm personalized welcome by Barbara. Very good diversified breakfast; we particularly appreciated the one big table formula and enjoyed the company of other kind guests. One piece of advice maybe would be to improve...

Well appointed in classical style and very friendly staff and proprietor who anticipate your needs. Nice tasty breakfast served overlooking a great pool area.
