    Stay

    Great always fantastic to stay here view is awesome, staff great parking limited under cover. Rooms are always clean room service is great always too muc food. Checking in is easy as well as check out

    This is the worst Southern Sun Hotel I’ve experienced in my entire life, it’s also the second time I experienced problem

    Very bad service, worst check-in ever....insensitive to clients request like early check-in, 14:00 time is ridiculous for early travelers....I’ll not recommend until changes are effected. DisappointedMore

    two hotels that have lost their unique magic......

    one summer many years ago the Elangeni Hotel was the only place to stay in Durban and held that position for many years....so a return visit was a must do while on holiday in south africa...while there we ate at the one and only japanese...More

    Acommodation and food

    I received a warm welcoming from day one until I left the place. The conference venues were also well arranged with clear slides for presentations. The room was well cleaned everyday. All the staff were friendly.

    We had no problems checking in and had super service with an early check-in , room and view was amazing ... all together no reason to complaint , fantastic stay - staff were friendly and I love the revamp - included parking is a definite...More

    It is not time linked. You get 2 gigs per day as a loyalty card member. Not sure how much without the loyalty card
