Beautiful place with all the creature comforts needed. The deck by the pool is a fantastic way to relax and meet fellow travellers. Owner is has a great sense of humour and is an amazingly gracious host. Would highly recommend a stay here! :)

We ended up at the acorn due to our booked place having a water problem. Ended up being a great option. Don was an excellent host in all ways. His suggested Bunny Chow pub was fantastic. Thanks so much Don. Great location and the house was a delight.

How fortunate was I to be able to host unexpected guests due to your misfortune at another BnB. It's not often I am impressed to the point I am. Having spent the last 7 weeks touring most of South Africa, I find I cannot make a comparison, as what exists here, is a feeling of home. We recently had to go to Durban for a family matter. Despite the unfortunate circumstances we were warmly welcomed by the owner Don and made instantly to feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and very well appointed and because we had three of the upstairs bedrooms we congregated in the communal living room which is ideal for parties of...
