I had stayed at this hotel late last year, and found my stay to be satisfactory. However, about a week back, I checked in. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm embrace and enthusiastic staff. If I am not mistaken, a new manager had taken over, Ryan. I found him to be courteous. Further, he met all my requests timeously....

I have been booking this Hotel for some time now! I have found it centrally located and fairly priced since I stay there for a max of 2weeks every time I visit Durban. The rooms are very spacious and have air con which comes very handy due to the humid weather in Kzn. I highly recommend The Grange Garden Hotel.

No cereal and yoghurt- just cold eggs, no brown toast and instant coffee with water from a kettle. One does not enter through the front, but via the back door....

we booked at grange often, maybe twice a month, usually a day booking. I absolutely love the deluxe room, quite neat, spacious and stunning. the beds are so soft, absolute wonderful sleep. I am just very dissappointed that they dont allow day bookings anymore. very reasonable rates as well.
