The rooms are ok and very clean. The service is good as staff are friendly and welcoming. Its an a good place for sleeping in not as much for staying in as the tvs are not smart, and there are very limited channels. Very close to a shopping centre on the plus side and its also close to the airport.

Stayed at Europrime from the 16th April till the 22nd April and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. A breakfast buffet was available every morning with a wide selection to pick from, we were picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport and whenever we wanted to go to the mall, the shuttle would drop us & pick us. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a very safe area and has a little shopping center right behind it with an italian restaurant, Indian restaurant and news cafe.
The rooms are serviced on a daily basis and are really clean, each room has an aircon, telephone, 32" tv, mini bar fridge & a work station. The showers are clean too so one does not have to worry about using slippers in the showers. We had a lovely balcony which was a plus and a garage for those that come with their cars. Wifi is available and accessible in the rooms for free. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be going back there soon.

We stayed at this place for two nights and it was a place that had a nice view overlooking a balcony. The mall around the property helped eating out a food from premium Italian to fast food and even Indian cuisine.

This is clearly a transit hotel and it barely reaches basic standards. The amenities and rooms are very basic for an establishment that supposedly has a four star rating, but the worst was the service. The shuttle service was almost an hour late picking up from ORT, the reception was cool and made me and another guest that arrived at the same time feel like it was our fault that their shuttle transport only got us there an hour after planned arrival. Some kind of cleaning activity started at 4 am - loudly. While there is a coffee tray, there was no actual coffee in the tray - there was an opened tea bag and some sugar. Really not worth it.

I have had several weeklong stays at Europrime Hotel and have always found clean, functional accommodations and a pleasant staff. You must pass threw a guard office to enter the facility but it's better safe than sorry...
The price for the rooms are very good and include a fresh buffet breakfast.
The only problem with the hotel are they electronic door cards that continually required re-swiping.

Very nice stay at europrime. the rooms are very nice. only problem is that they had not having facility for lunch and dinner. brekfast is there and very nice. Very near to airport and airport pick up facility is very nice. Above all free wifi in the room.

I travel a lot and prefer Guesthouses to Hotels but I was attending a conference. The shuttle servie from Johannesburg Airport was good and driver offered great assistance. Check in area is sparse and I had a R695 room which upon entering which I found to be very stark and spartan although functional. Just 2 single beds, one very small window, no window in bathroom and one picture on the wall with a small corner desk fitting to work from. Only 2 sachets of Ricoffy, Nescafé too expensive? Also only brown sugar and 2 cups no saucer. The TV selection was very poor and no MNet was on offer only another DSTV service which offered a poor selection of choice. In the bathroom I found the basin to be very narrow and directly above a glass shelf so when brushing teeth one has to stand away from basin too avoid splashing shelf. Pleased to see that they had a soap dispenser in the shower as although they did have soap and shampoo on the shelf I hate having to use my teeth to open the soap. Nice and wet in the shower and then found that the soap dispenser was empty. Lack of attention to detail I found everywhere. Breakfast is buffet and mass produced. I asked for a cheese omelette which their version is to take a wrapping off a slice of thin processed cheese and then to place it in the egg and the fold it over and viola a cheese omelette, also the breakfast chef enjoys conversations with other employees at a loud volume, staff really enjoyed the muffins as the one morning a few came from reception or security to help themselves. The one good thing I will say is that I found the wifi to be excellent, which is a pity as I will not be back.

I've stayed at Europrime on numerous occasions when visiting South Africa. I've stayed i the budget, standard and luxury rooms - all offer great value. It is close to the airport, the rooms are clean, spacious and offers a great sleeping experience. The air-conditioning is fantastic in the heat.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. When I had to change a reservation, they were quick to reply, amened my reservation ad everything was perfect when I arrived.
There was free wifi, but they now only offer a very small number of data to be used before one has to purchase more data allowance. Not really good when one needs the internet for work. The signal is also not as good as it used to be. The hotel can be noisy, but complains are dealt with very quickly.
The breakfast is excellent in the mornings. There is secure parking available.
Europrime offers a shuttle service to the airport.

This establishment is really basic. When I checked in, no one showed me where my room was or gave me directions to my room. I entered through the garage door ( I didn't even know if it was operated by remote or manual!). The room is small and very basic. The aircon. is under the study desk with no remote and a mission to get to the controls. You can also hear most of your neighbours movements. The only good thing was that the hostess at breakfast was exceptional and very friendly.

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was no hot water in my room and a colleague in the room next door. Hotel staff was unhelpful and then seemed surprised when we complained about this shocking service. The heaters in our rooms were also not working. Do not ever stay here.
