The good The lodge is conveniently located close to PE, in a very scenic setting with a lot of options in and around the area. Happy that we upgraded to the Nguni chalet, very spacious rooms and nice stoep. The chalets are set away from the pools and dams, that works great for small children. The kitchen have a lot...

It was my birthday and I was spoilt with 2 nights stay at Thunzi. It was wonderful. Peaceful, quiet and just a stone-throw away from the beach. We have decided that we will definitely be back later this year. Many thanks

The resort itself was very good with a peaceful outlook . Unfortunately the pool had not been looked after and was not clear. On our first morning the sound of chainsaws carried on all day. I took issue with the manager as this was to be a peaceful break. The sawing finished and the result was some quite ancient trees...

My husband and I spent the weekend at Thunzi Bush Lodge in one of the forest cottages for our 8th wedding anniversary. The scenery was idyllic and we really enjoyed the peace and quite. Everything was in good working order and the cottage was well equipped. Some of the cutlery wasn't completely clean and the outside chairs by the private...

We stayed 8 people (6 adults + 2 children) in two houses at Thunze Bush Lodge during our vacation in South Africa in February 2017. The location was fantastic with a wonderful pool overlooking the surrounding forest! The houses were well-equipped and we had everything we needed to cook our dinners. The surrounding area is full of interesting places to...

It is a nice place if you want some time off and Love to be in the nature. The Chalet was nice and well equipped with everything which was necessary. The only negative aspect was the unfriendly reception by the Name of William !!! The worst within 4 weeks of South Africa, he should not be in Customer Service !

A lovely location in the middle of the bush, surrounded by the noise of animals. Very clean cabins with nothing missing . A lovely pool area with a fantastic view and very friendly staff taking good care of the guests.

We absolutely loved our stay for a number of reasons: - We had to change dates, no issue and no fees. - We asked if we could check in really last, no issue. - The pool, views and the house we stayed in, out of this world. - The house was stocked and even had coffee and milk. So good....
