My second visit here - this is an excellent boutique hotel – prices are right – accommodation modern and clean – we had a small suite with a kitchenette and lounge area - the breakfast simple but sufficient – staff are on the ball – near the airport – an obvious choice for an

This hotel offers king size bed accommodation in large rooms with full kitchen and lounge area. It was much more than we expected. TV had plenty channels. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. There is a swimming pool too for the hot days.

Thank you Tobias for your feedback and comments. A meeting was held with Management to enquire as to what transpired during your stay with us. May we firstly apologise for the fact that your complaint was not attended to timeously. The 'male staff member' you originally reported the incident to was not the Manager and he only communicated your complaint to the Manager of the 4th day. May we add that this individual is no longer working for us. The Manager went to the local hardware store and purchased bait traps as well as Cockroach spray and personally sprayed your room while you were out. You reported that you arrived back to your room and found a dead cockroach. This was after he had sprayed. Please note that we do use a reputable pest control company that does monthly sprays for cockroaches and other bugs that are unfortunately part of the hospitality industry, as guests do bring in food and leave open boxes of half eaten pizzas and fast foods in their rooms - which is an attraction to these pests even though a room has been sprayed. We apologise for any inconvenience. The Manager did report to us that with regards to your comment of 'no financial compensation', he did not charge you for 3 days of breakfast as a way of apology. Once again we do apologise for any inconvenience.

Please give your guests the same treatment. Tea/coffee was not replenished in the room. During breakfast we waited too long to get someone to attend to us. Left without having breakfast on Sunday because no service was offered
