My partner and I travelled to Port Elizabeth in March 2016. The hotel is modern with upmarket furniture and fittings. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet and allows one to truly relax and unwind. The staff are friendly with the facilities being easily accessible and clean.

The staff was phenomenal. In particular Thembi and Sue (I think that is her name, the FOM) They were extremely accommodating from the moment we entered the doors. The cleanliness is something out of this world, I was looking at a pane of glass in the bathroom without even knowing there was glass. The breakfast spread is served early and...

Room had a weird smell to it from the cleaner using a mop on the room carpet. Room felt dated and needs an air conditioner installed. Hotel was noisy. Too little staff to service all the guests. Good Breakfast & good price for peak time.

I would hirely recommend a soft referb in the rooms. A small modern tv, better quality linen & some lace curtains. I found the renovations quite bothersome as I was not made aware of this upon booking & having to keep blockout curtains closed permanently for privacy makes the room extremely dark & unpleasant to try work in. There was...

Nice rooms, comfortable, clean beds and friendly reception. Centrally located to amnesties, shops, business district. A very safe area, Walmer but still close enough to the bigger Port Elizabeth attractions. Best value for money. Will definitely recommend The Hub and will stay there again.
