We stayed here for four nights recently and can really recommend the lodge in all aspects. The staff made such a positive impression and really want to help their guests to make the most of their stay in this wonderful location. Taxis and restaurants were booked, walks recommended and experiences followed up to see how it had all worked out....

The Bedroom we stayed in had underfloor heating it was spacious with a beautiful en-suite bathroom and a balcony looking out to the ocean. Our room overlooked Robberg Peninsula and its beautiful bay....as did the public rooms and breakfast balcony. The breakfasts were excellent but it was the extra effort which the staff made to make you feel welcome that was the defining feature of this lodge for us. Oh, and the tea/coffee and cake served(free) mid afternoon along with the free pre-dinner drinks...

We stayed at the Periwinkle for 1 night, and wished it was longer. They rescued us at 4 o' clock on a Saturday afternoon after a mix up with our booking from another establishment What a treat. Room and view were fabulous, lucky enough to see 2 whales in the morning and evening. Afternoon tea was served in between 5...
