I guess you are paying for relative closeness to Grand Canyon but the rates were more than twice what I was paying on average while touring and staying in good hotels with many more facilities. The cabins do not have TVs or fridges: fair enough if that was reflected in the price, but it wasn't. Restaurant closed at 9.00 and...

Very nice stay. Small cabin with bed & bathroom. The food at the Lodge was excellent! Easy drive to North Rim.

we loved our stay in a cabin at Jacob;s Lake. It was clean and quiet; facing the forest. Our dogs had a great time watching birds and squirrels. It's only a short drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon but less expensive to stay. The only negative is that one cannot cook/grill anything on the premises due to...

We enjoyed this great quiet setting close to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay there again.

We found our cabin (freestanding unit with king-size bed) unassuming but comfortable and quite clean. As bedtime readers, we were pleased to have adequate lighting (not always available in cabin accommodations). The restaurant at Jacob Lake Inn served dinner meals that were quite good--after some initial surprise at menu options, my husband, our two friends, and I each ordered a...

Everything was very good, what was not so good was the loud airconditioners. We stayed on main level and were going to have the wndows opened, but unfortunately the noise from other(s) airconditioners were too loud, so we had to close our window.

We where here last august with our 2 boys (10 and 13) yrs. we really enjoyed the enviroment. only 1 hour drive (almost scenic byway) to the north rim. The north rim is much better than the south rim we think, because it's there much quiet than the south rim. the views even more spectacular! We saw a lot of...

The location close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park North Rim was wonderful. I didn't expect to be so close based on the maps. The food in the restaurant was unexpectedly good and far different from most touristy Inns.

Accommodation options to see the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are limited, and this is a great choice for that. The Jacob Lake Inn had very friendly service, excellent food, and reasonable rates. I rented a sizable cabin (two queen beds) for myself for less than the price of one of the single rooms in their motel section. Cabins...
