We stayed a couple of nights, in two of the older Motel type rooms. We were expecting a fairly basic experience, and I accept that the remote location is likely to mean some compromises. But at least one should expect a clean room. One of...More

Thank you for your review. Snow in May is usual around here, even, occasionally in June. We are glad you enjoyed your little cabin and the meals at the counter.

Thank you for your review. I wish I knew which cabins you stayed in so that I could address whatever issue you found with it. I am glad you enjoyed the beautiful Kaibab National Forest and the less crowded atmosphere. I will tell Melinda you...More

My wife and I just spent a couple nights at the Jacob Lake Inn. This is my second stay, and must say this time was no better than the last. The Inn needs some serious updating/renovations. The Rich family has picked this Golden Goose down...More

I want to emphatically state that we do not price our rooms, merchandise, or food in any way that takes advantage of our location. Our location is one of the biggest challenges in operating this business. Our power, which comes across miles of open desert...More
