This motel is inexpensive and clean but bare bones and the free breakfast is probably frozen eggs microwaved. Not recommended ...Pay the bigger bucks and have comfort. The trains pass all night long which is a bit uncomfortable.

I apologize that your stay with us was not what you had hoped. I do remember talking to you about the trains letting you know that they do run all night long. You responded that it wouldn't be a problem. As far as your perception of breakfast I personally crack every egg and cut every potato that is served at breakfast time. I am sorry you felt my cooking wasn't up to your standards. As far as the statement made about our rooms are clean but bare bones. We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, comb, Q-tips, hot tea, hot coffee (regular and decaf) microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV, free phone, free bottle water, ear plugs (for those who are noise sensitive), mints & free WiFi. Not quite sure what you classify as bare bones. I did notice that you contributed 10 review which 9 reviews were below standard so I decided not to take your review personally and remind my self that there are just some people who are not easily satisfied.

Before my review, a couple things.

1. I see reviewers who complained they didn't know about the train noise. I don't know how that is possible as it is mentioned in many reviews. Ear plugs are provided in the rooms if you think you may have an issue. As a note, I am an extre

My partner and I stayed at Brad's for one night this October as we road tripped from Kanab, Utah to Albuquerque, NM. Holbrook was a great midway point, and we love kitschy tacky vintage Americana, so it seemed like the ideal place. We stayed in the Flamingo suite, and it was fant

I am sorry your stay with us was not enjoyable. I'm not sure what site you read your reviews, but they definitely talk about the train. We do our best to go above and beyond every guest expectations. I believe and from most of the reviews our guest believe that we do that. When it comes to breakfast we do serve on smaller plates to avoid waste, but always ask the guest did they get enough to eat or would they like more. I hear Kimberly say everyday, "If you go away hungry it's your own fault, because we have plenty." Breakfast times are taken down so that every guest gets their breakfast fresh and hot when they walk in the door. The only reason someones breakfast would of been warmed up was because they were late and did not call the front desk to let them know. As far as our bedding we have the exact bedding you see in the pictures online. The rooms were remolded 1 year ago and all bedding were purchased at the time of remodel along with the new mattresses and large plush towels that we provide. I am still trying to understand that if you were so upset with your stay, why would you not talk to management? We are here to assist every guest if it to bring them an extra pillow or assist them in relocating to another hotel because they are noise sensitive. There is a manager on site every night to assist guest with these concerns. So please in the future at least give the business the opportunity to make things right. That would make for a more accurate review. Best Regards, Peter
