Karen was so sweet and spent lots of time with us. Great historical hotel. We were visited by the Reverend Brooks. (Ghost) He likes Rum. Old Town was awesome, we had a ball. People very kind, lots of antiques, good wine, food & rum.

Cottonwood is 55 minutes from Prescott Valley. You can either go over Mingus Mountain or around. Over the mountain is more scenic. You will stay on the Historic 89A and go through the historic mining town of Jerome, then through Clarkdale, then over to Old Town, the Cottonwood Commercial Historic District listed on the National Register.
