Stayed one night to attend an event in Cottonwood. John Wayne suite had plenty of room in terms of bedroom and separate seating area. Kitchen had a good sized refrigerator. The bathroom is functional, but yes, tiny. View out the front window is of Main Street and the shared balcony. Karen was very responsive via text, easy to work with...

We really had no idea what to expect when we reserved a room in this hotel, but the website photos looked marvelous. It wasn't a room that we reserved - we had a full suite, complete with a kitchen area, great views, and a completely comfortable room. The proprietor is the nicest lady with a beautiful baby great dane, and...

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate a birthday get away and from the time that we made contact with Karen until the time we left, our experience was nothing short of pleasant. We were running late getting out of town on Friday so we had text Karen to let her know and she quickly responded that it was...

This old restored hotel is right in the middle of Old Town Cottonwood and central to all the restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It has been nicely restored and is very comfortable. The rooms are small as expected in an old hotel but nicely appointed and cozy. The balcony overlooking town is a nice touch.

Great historical hotel renovated to modern standards, located in the heart of old town Cottonwood district. We had premium room with 2 queen beds off Pinal St, first floor. Beds were firm and very comfortable. The pillows, linens, were good quality and everything very clean. Coffee pot and mini fridge was provided in room. We stayed mid week so did...

Nice place for the money. Close to all wine tasting, restaurant and antiques. Nothing fancy but does have a cool balcony overlooking main street for people gazing and cool sunset with a glass of wine. Nice bathroom with great water pressure and clawfoot tub. Very quiet for location which was an added benefit!

Thank you for taking the time to write us a nice review for our small historic inn. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the balcony overlooking all of Old Town with views of Sedona on the horizon, making for those awesome sunsets! Unique hotel with all rooms named after famous actors. The balcony overlooks Main Street and is an excellent place to watch annual Christmas parade from. The owner is very personable and really cares for her guests. Nicely located in midst of Old Town.

Our small inn, the National Register listing of Cottonwood Hotel is the only place with a balcony overlooking Old Town and Sedona on its horizon. It's where guests like to mingle with a cocktail, coffee or watching the events below. Thank you PC for taking the time to write us a review.

This hotel is an older historical hotel and at first it doesn't look like much but our room was cute and quirky with a claw foot bathtub and fun reclaimed wood furnishings. It was clean and well stocked with all you need (fridge, wine glasses, corkscrew, coffee maker, etc.) for a fun weekend and was also within easy walking distance...

The Cottonwood Hotel is the only 'contributing' historic lodging in the Cottonwood Commercial Historic District listed on the National Register due to the fact the exterior still stands with historic integrity... This once small prohibition era hotel is now a small boutique inn with clean, updated and hypo-allergenic deluxe rooms and suites. These guests stayed in the one and only...

Karen took us to our room, explaining that Mae West and John Wayne had stayed here. Awesome! We went out on the shared balcony while she told us about local restaurants and a little bit about the town. Really nice to feel connected to the area. We stayed in the Stargazer room and enjoyed it. It comes with its own...

Our rooms are all updated with hypo-allergenic memory foam posture-pedic mattresses, so always great to hear when a guest enjoys the comfort and to take the time to write us a nice review!

This older hotel is clean and well cared for. The Cottonwood Hotel is one of the few places to stay in downtown Cottonwood. Off street parking is provided. Since the owner is also the maid, the desk clerk and the bellperson, expect to check in at only specific times. Also expect to pay an extra fee if you are only...

This older hotel (small boutique inn) is the only historic lodging that contributes to the National Register Listing 'Cottonwood Commercial Historic District'... In order for that status the exterior features remain with historic integrity. The interior is all updated with modern amenities.
