I lived and worked in the Grand Canyon National Park for five years, in the spring time we would drive to Cameron and shop for Native American jewelry on the side of the road. The trading post has a restaurant I highly recommend the Navajo Taco when eating there. Beats anything you can by in the GC and is regional...

Beautiful hotel with garden area. Well decorated and clean. Rooms were spacious. Wish we would have been able to try the restaraunt but we arrived to late and got up super early to go see the sunrise at Grand Canyon. Perfect location between the North and South Rims. The gift shop was AMAZING.

There's a courtyard behind the Gallery and the Hopi wing of the building that would make a beautiful reception, ie wedding, anniversary. It was lovely! I only stayed one night as an exploration for later, but my room was immaculately clean and new. It's not 5star, but it was a wonderful night! I will return and recommend!

We really enjoyed our food. We had chili and Navajo bread. The waiter stopped to talk to us and give us some insight into his culture and the area. The store was filled with beautiful Indian artwork. The gallery had amazing Indian antiques and artifacts. The staff were very knowledgeable and took time to explain many pieces to us. We...

I stayed 6 nights in the Navajo building. The complex is great. Good staff, very nice large gift area, an art gallery, the post office, and the restaurant. I have no complaints except for the following: hot water! The water turns cold in the afternoon, and somehow the hot turns back on at exactly 6am in the morning. Yes, the...

The room I stayed in had a regular door on one side, the other side of the room was a large sliding door overlooking the Little Colorado River. I paid an extra few dollars for a 1st floor room, and it was worth it. The tile work in the bathroom was great, the room was clean and large. The only...

Had reservations here for our trip from Grand Canyon. Saw nothing for miles and we're wondering what we were getting into. But what a surprise. Spacious comfortable room. Very quiet. Very nice staff. Ended up being a good place to stay. If you eat in the restaurant and order the Navajo taco . . . It's big. My wife and...

It's what you'd expect for a touristy stop in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were decent and the food was terrible but the service was good. There's not much to do in the area but it's a nice place to stop if you're between Page and the Grand Canyon.

I hate to post less than great but other than being just a normal motel (except for the location) we had a very unfortunate experience with our HVAC system. And not how you would think. It worked fine. It was just the LOUDEST thing you could have in your room. First off, the room isn't that big-- that's fine. It...

My husband and I stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon from Yellowstone. As we were driving through the dessert to get to Cameron, there was nothing around and we were getting very nervous about what we were going to find at Cameron. When we first pulled into Cameron Trading post we breathed a sigh of relief as...
