Stayed one night in a very small room with a tiny shower. Looked at other rooms and they were larger with bigger bathrooms; some with jacuzzi. Bed was very comfortable but could hear people in the hallway as if they were in our room. The hotel is very old and charming and right in the middle of Old Bisbee. Breakfast...

When we first bought the Bisbee Grand Hotel in 1989, we had 3 suites and 9 rooms, of which, 9 rooms shared 3 common baths down the hall. We have worked hard to upgrade rooms into suites and even eliminated one room that was between your room (the Cherub room) and the bird room in order to add bathrooms to...

Took a long weekend off with some friends and stayed here. Had a great time and the staff was easy to deal with, very accommodating. We were a little early as well but the rooms were clean and ready, would recommend this place to any of our friends. Love hanging out in Bisbee for good times.

My boyfriend went to Bisbee for a weekend getaway and stayed here. The hotel is so charming and the staff was so friendly! The room had period charm and was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the charm of a very hold hotel and room. Checking in...

We stayed one night in the theme room "covered wagon", very cool! The wagon is a real covered wagon, very warm and inviting. The room had a nice large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, had a TV as well. We got there a little early but room was ready and they let us in. The hotel has it's...

When we entered our room, Garden Suite, we saw that this was not going to be a good experience. Furniture was shabby, the living room was substantially lacking in light and run down. The toilet cannot be used by anyone over six feet as there is literally no room for your knees. Most uncomfortable! Lighting is poor in the bath...

My wife and I work extremely hard to please our guests. We have taken many customer's advice on improving our facilities. However! There is no way that this review reflects the Garden Suite, our hotel, lobby, the lack of coffee upstairs at 8:00 am and most especially smoke finding its way into the breakfast area via under the doors. YES!...

We checked in at the bar this made us more comfortable being in there. People in bisbee were friendly and the check in was quick, we were even shown to our room. When we got to our room they had chocolate for us. This was a nice touch. The room was clean and had an old brass bed, comfortable by...

While travelling thru Utah and Arizona, we decided to check out this quaint little town. Loved our experience at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the Victorian room. Nice touches in the room.ie:china tea sets, porcelain dolls, red velvet, etc. Spacious, clean and tranformed us to another space in time. Had a superior breakfast and would recommend this hotel experience to...

I have finally calmed down from our experience staying at this hotel to write a review. My review has nothing to do with the hotel itself--while some complain about having to enter the bar to check in, or the flight of stairs--we personally, LOVED the aspect of this hotel. My husband and I (when travelling alone) prefer staying in turn...

Thank you for your concerns about ou GREAT extablishment. We made every effort to make it right for you, however, you insisted upon receiving a cash refund or you would be giving us the "worst reviewever" I, owner of the BGH when confronted by the hotel manager of my options felt that I would NOT take bad review threats for...

While the bed, linens, and jacuzzi tub were indeed wonderful, the lack of interest on the part of the staff was pretty terrible. The hotel could use some dedicated hotel staff not just bartenders filling in the gaps. If nothing else, give the bartenders name tags or vests so that guests can identify employees. If the guests next door had...

I thououghly covered this situation with my GM (Christin), Hotel Manager (Carl) and Teri who was bartending. We all apologize for the CONDUCT of the Military who were stationed at a base in Sierra Vista. Both the bartender and manager were warning the soldiers of their lack of behavior around 12:30 a.m. and they were told that they had to...

We traveled from Knoxville TN but also had a place in Tucson. We drove to Bisbee just for the day, but ended up staying at the Grand, which was a welcomed surprise. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Bisbee Grand Hotel Bed and Breakfast, located at 61 Main St. in Historic Bisbee, Arizona is an elegant escape back to the turn of the century. Each of our seven suites and six rooms are elegantly appointed with antiques, fine art, and extremely comfortable furniture. No two are alike and there is a theme sure to suit any taste. All rooms have their own private bath. As a part of the ongoing renovations and improvements to the hotel, in July of 2008 Air Conditioning was added throughout the hotel. Constructed in 1906 and restored in 1986 in Old West Victorian style, the bed and breakfast hotel features six suites - The Victorian, The Oriental, The Captain's, The Hacienda, The Western, The Hollywood, and The Garden - in addition to seven guestrooms with their own unique decor. Nestled in the copper-rich Mule Mountains, Bisbee's historic architecture, virtually unchanged since 1910, is a popular attraction and provides the town with a unique Old World charm. ... more   less
