Normally I will not write a bad review, I just take it as a lesson learned. But in this case, I feel compelled to do so. We stayed at The Bisbee Grand Hotel for three days, Christmas season. What a nightmare! To start, you had...More

Santa Clause must not have visited you on Christmas Eve. I am sorry that you felt that checking in at the saloon was "tacky". Most people enjoy checking in at the saloon because doing so captures a turn of the century atmosphere. Just to let...More

I encountered either bedbugs or kissing bugs. It was pretty bad, I had over 14 bites on my neck, shoulder, and back. I did not find insects in the bed and my colleague in another room had no issues. I suspect kissing bugs as there were 2 cracks in the masonry in the room with plenty of space for such insects. I have stayed at this hotel for years with no issues before but will not stay there again. The owners response to me was pretty rude.
