We decided to stay here after our flight to cut our travel time to Denali the next day down. We have never stayed in a B&B before. The place was great, our room was cozy. The owner was sweet and had helpful tips for things to do in the area. It was VERY clean. Breakfast was great, she even had...

We wanted to be outside of Anchorage to tour the area before heading north. From trip advisor reviews, we decided on Alpine Rose Inn. The place is very nice, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Tracy and her mother prepared two delicious breakfasts. Alpine Rose Inn can easily accommodate weddings and large events. The workmanship in the inn is...

Tracy was kind to accommodate us pre-season at the last minute. The property is essentially mid-way between Palmer and Wasilla near to the main highway. View across the valley is lovely. We found ourselves alone in the large home that is essentially non-residential as the family lives in the house next door. It was quiet, spacious, and equipped more like...

We wanted to stay someplace near the Alaska State Fair and Hatcher Pass. The Alpine Rose Inn was great. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast ample, and Tracy was a wonderful source of information about the area. The best way to locate the Inn is to look for the Sign for Finger Lake then to look for Sebastian Road...

We stayed for one night, on our way back to Anchorage from Denali. During planning, I compared the price of B&B in Anchorage with Palmer/Wasilla area. I was not surprised to see lower price and more vacancy in that area. Alpine Rose Inn sits in a residential area. I wish they could put up a bigger sign. We missed it...

We stay at quite a few B&B's when we travel and the Alpine Rose was right up there at the top. The accommodations were top notch and the amenities particularly the way Tracy and here mom decorated the Inn was exceptional. The breakfast included eggs benedict with ham -which were fantastic. I would recommend staying here to anyone---and we sure...

The place is atleast 5 miles from the highway when you are driving to or from Fairbanks. The location is little interior away from the highway hustle and can offer a quiet solace but you might end up driving a lot to find a place to eat. Palmer and Wasilla are equdistant from this place so that way you have...

Tracy handled our reservation well and met us for a late check in. The 2 bed suite with handicap access was comfortable with awesome mattresses. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, blueberry pancakes buffet style and the large banquet table was friendly. The oak cabinetry was exquisite. Everything looked brand new and we enjoyed our stay.

Alpine Rose Inn was beautiful. Super comfortable bed, everything you need. Tracy is super nice and helpful. Made Eggs Benedict for us for breakfast. It is nice to support a family business. This family put their heart and soul into building Alpine Rose Inn -- and it shows. We had a momma moose walking around outside our door. Amazing. We...

We knew nothing about Alaska except that we had family in Palmer. We felt lucky to find this great place in its central location in the Mat-Su Valley. We were able to strike out and explore in all directions and come back each evening to a clean, comfortable room. Tracy gave us a delicious breakfast every morning and all kinds...

“Two bedroom has its own entrance -- super nice, very spacious. However, it has rooms above and you can hear people walking around above you. Also, you are right next to the kitchen, so in the morning, it is a bit noisy -- if you plan to sleep in.”
