Best thing about this lodge is the location. Excellent views of McKinley and they even call your room (like wake up call) if mountain shows itself through weather. /downside is restaurants close rather early considering many excursions go late in evening and offers no legit restaurant open after 10pm. Rooms were ok, though aged. Spread out over large area they...

This location offers the best view of Mt McKinley (Denali) than any other place that we visited. We were lucky that it was clear the day that we were there. You shouldn't come here for the food and beverage. You should come for the view. Then sit by the open fire pits and enjoy your beverage while enjoying one of...

Lodge sits in state park with great views of Mt. Denali if you're in the lucky 30% who visit when Denali can be seen. 2 of the 3 on-site restaurants offer views while dining. More of a "wilderness" feel than Denali Princess lodge because 1-story buildings are spread out across more buildings. Most buildings have outside access to rooms. Rooms...

we arrived by coach and were directed to our room which was in a block of apartments. The staff had organised that our luggage would be taken directly to our room, which was good. The hotel had several restaurants to choose from. The ones we tried were all good.

I definitley agree that this Princess Lodge is the nicest of all. It's smaller size gives it a coziness that you can't replicate at the Denali Lodge. The roaring fire and seating arrangements make you feel right at home. The casual restaurant was really good and the wait staff really friendly. The presentations there were also excellent. We saw a...

Best things first: the view from the patio of the main lobby is magnificent. You can see Mt Mc Kinley and the setting is just amazing. The rooms are a bit aged but everything that is needed. Overall rustic lodge feeling. Had dinner at the Grizzly Bar and food is quite decent, the prices are very reasonable which is nice...

Out of the 3 Lodges of Princess this was by far the best Lodge for layout and choices. There were 2 places to eat and drink. Nice gift shop. Plenty to do outside with views. Shuttle to move you around the facility. Across the street were many other stores and bars. Most workers were really enjoyable to talk to.

This place is much nicer than the Denali Lodge. I would much rather come and stay here and just avoid the Denali Lodge. This lodge is more rustic and no tourist traps on or near the property. That is other than the Princess Gift shops that are everywhere. The views from this property are spectacular and offer you a much...

3rd stop on Princess land tour. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Basic accommodations . Main lodge room very nice with large wood burning fireplace. Found the prior Princess lodges in Denali and Fairbanks to be better all around . No issues here but nothing that stands out other than views.

Hotel includes a main meeting area and a restaurant. The hotel rooms are spread out over 25 buildings which are accessible by a shuttle bus to the main lodge. Average type room with average food but New York City prices. If we did Alaska again, I would skip this hotel. The chances of seeing Mt McKinley are 1 in 3....
