Really the place deserve 5 stars and everything there is perfect but just one situation happened changed my mind to poor review Suddenly i found a boy just 12 or 13 yrs driving a golf car in a place crowded with kids around the aqua park so i notified one of the recreation team but he replied that this is HR manager son and he can't talk to him so i talked to the HR manager Mr Ahmed but he replied "ma3lesh" and left I went to the reception next day to complaint but the receptionist replied that Mr. Ahmed is HR manager and no one in the hotel can talk to him or even notify him!!! Rather than that they have very professional and perfect staff always doing exceptional effort to make you happy

On first arrival it was like we weren't booked in or expected. It was ar this point we were told you only got 1 hour per ROOM for wifi. Please note it only works in the lobby or pool area not in room. If you want it for the duration of your stay then it would be another €25. Rooms were tatty sheets were bubbly and the pillows were like lumps of rock. I yu ran a sink of water it was mud colour! Waiters waited on you in this ALL INCLUSIVE holiday if you paid them a tip and even that was short lived. Drinks were served up in chipped glasses and coffee cups were cracked and stained. heated pool was just bearable to swim in but the big swim up to the bar pool was SOOO cold nobody swam in it. Had a trip on the submarine boat for 6 hours.....what a bore not wirth the £77 each paid through Tui. The animation team fir entertainment was awful that's if you got entertainment as the team worked the next door hotel too. The stay was a good break for us but that's all it was .... wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend either. Pretty boring unless you scuba dived or snorkelled. Please take Euros as hardly anywhere had prices in Egyptian pounds.…

The hotel is certainly not a 5 star but having said that it was very good....we had a lovely room overlooking the pool and the sea...The food was good with plenty of choice..BUT NO ICE CREAM. !!!!....The entertainment was very average although they their was a good singer in. the lounge most nights ( a blonde girl. )....Our room was always clean and very tidy by Mohammed...The beach lads we’re brilliant..nothing was too much trouble......".we will go again 😎😎

This is a beautifully maintained hotel on a long stretch of beach with of course lots of glorious sunshine for most of the year. The room was pleasant and spacious and looked out onto manicured gardens. The gardeners were at work every day keeping everything in pristine condition. It was a short walk to a long stretch of beach and the 600 metre pier. The tide came and went at odd times - like Southport! -so sometimes if you wanted a swim you used the pier. The guys on the beach helped with windbreaks and sunbeds of which there were plenty. Food was always plentiful if a little "bland" on occasions but there were spices around if needed. The restaurant staff were great never needed to wait long for a glass or two of wine! Had the fish menu at the Beach restaurant one night - 5 courses! - really good. Hassan and his pals down at the Beach Bar during the day always gave outstanding service with a smile....and Ab del (Abdul) the cleaner gave excellent service for Room 404. Overall we had a great holiday in a lovely beach setting with great, friendly service. Highly recommended.…

Hi no there is no ATM at this hotel I was told to use the one in the next door hotel The Royal Tulip.

If you fly into Marsa Alam it's about 30-40 mins but if you fly into Hurghada it at least 3 hours
