I recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. At the very beginning, we are greeted by a beautiful architecture, a spacious and tastefully decorated hall. Friendly staff are available to help you at every step. Hotel very clean. The main restaurant offers a wide range of tasty meals. Tasty cocktails in each bar. The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay with a reef and a pier. It offers several swimming pools, one of which is heated. The group of animators makes the time pleasant throughout the day until late in the evening. I will definitely come back here!

I have been in this hotel for the first time and I hope that I will come back there again. Jaz Lamaya is located near the sea, rooms are big and food is always fresh. I spent the best holidays of my life there. Atmosphere was nice and all staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although reviews seem to be good, the hotel management and the receptionists are very poor at communication and at receiving your requests. The rooms look actually nice and the housekeeping is very nice, but the staff (the receptionists) are very skills-deficient professional-wise. They were always late to respond to any issue. The way they interact with any inquiry is that "sure, we are sending you someone right now", but then they never take an action till you call multiple times. It depends on the receptionist, but one of them already ended the call once I asked about something. An example: I got a room with a nonfunctioning AC in a 37 degree Celsius weather. Asking to fix it, I was told that someone is on their way- which eventually took them the whole day after calling them 6 times. I stayed the whole day in the lobby (after an 11-hour flight) because I could not stand the room. Another example is WiFi was not provided, and I was informed that the only option is to buy a SIM card and a bundle from the mobile network company agents whom they are cooperating with. I did not really understand how a supposedly 5-star hotel does not provide WiFi.…

I would highly recommend this place!! There is literally not a single bad thing I can say. The rooms were great and very quiet - housekeeping is super friendly and recognizes you from the first day. Same with the staff in the restaurant and bar area. The food is plentiful and has a huge variety - there was always more that I wanted to try than what I could actually eat. Usually I am fed up with buffet food after a couple of days, but even after a week I still really enjoyed everything. We went diving with Coraya divers and I can also only speak highly of them. If you want to go for a walk - you can walk alongside the beach past the other hotels, which is very nice and if you want to leave the hotel, there are many excursions to choose from. This was the first time I stayed here with my family, but definitely not the last. What an amazing place to relax, swim, dive and eat.…
