DON'T SEARCH ANY FURTHER!  This is the hotel you want to stay in. If customer experience is important to you, it's best to book!!! We have been to Egypt several times with hotels of very high appreciation each time but this is the just the best. Top staff, top meals, extremely neat rooms, manicured garden, beautiful underwater world and a management who wants to be the best in what they do. And let that be the customer experience. The best experience we had in Egypt. We have been in the Maldives several times (Kuramathi island), Phillipiines (Pangulasian island, Apulit Island, Atmospere, Amorita, New world Makati hotel) Thailand (Amary) Bali (Sankara suites) and many more. This hotel is well worth its price quality. Here's a more detailed review if you want to read more. I would like to take my time to write this review. On the one hand to share my experiences with other travellers and on the other hand to thank the people who have given us a fantastic holiday.  It is truly remarkable how the staff at this hotel make guests feel comfortable. It starts at the reception, runs until the gardener, waiters, animation team, managers and all this under the direction of hotel manager Atef Hussein. You can be sure that this hotel is the guest's experience and desire!  You are seen and greeted by everyone you meet from the staff. I'm a manager in the retail sector and we work very hard with our company and our team every day to focus and optimize the customer experience. It is something that struck me daily during our stay that they have a lot of attention to this. To share our experience step by step. About the restaurant, the breakfast is very extensive. You can start your day with lots of energy, fresh fruit, english breakfast, breakfast orientals, coffee cakes, pancakes (american + ordinary), fresh fruit juices, all kinds of coffee, topping meat and certainly 10 kinds of cheese. Fresh honey, nuts (all kinds you can think of) youghurt, eggs and all other things you can imagine to have breakfast. If you can't find it here then nowhere else. Lunch, you can take advantage of 3 seats. On the beach nice salads, sandwiches, burgers with fries. Poolside pasta and pizza and buffet style. In the buffet you have the choice whether you want to eat indoors or outdoors. Italian restaurant is outside and Seafood restaurant which by the way has a beautiful interior is inside. Dinner is also in 3 places. So much variety in dishes, fish, meat and chicken. There is also a barbeque every day. My husband had a very nice meal here. I am vegetarian, this choice was very extensive and can be recognized by the signs where a green V stands. The dishes were western, oriental and we also had an asian evening. Every day at lunch and dinner there were 2 kinds of soups where almost always a kind of vegetable soup. There was so much different bread that you thought you were at the bakery. We ate so good that we didn't do the option to eat in the restaurants free of charge during the stay. There is another seafood and italian restaurant. We will definitely try that next time. The food is of very high quality. What struck us immediately was that the buffet was very neat, everything was kept clean.  What I want to give away, it seems to be a party every day when you see the dessert buffet. Delicious !!! With covid in mind, you can sanitize your hands anywhere in the hotel, while disposable gloves are available at the buffet for those who want to use them and stickers can be found on the ground that refer to the 1.5m distance. At the table you get the drink service every time. The waiters were all very friendly. What I think is a plus is that everything is checked out at the buffet without any obvious. Let us call it occupational malformation but it is the small things you notice that make the big difference. A pat on the back of a responsible person to the staff, subtle signs to adjust. I think the staff at this hotel are very well trained and escorted. The level is set very high to give the customers the best experience. For example, there is a daily round of manager Hesham Helmy and assistant office manager Hany Zain Eldin who can talk to you in a very spontaneous way. How your stay goes, how it goes with you, how you experience the hotel is....you can give any feedback you wish. You are really being listened to, and I think Mr Hesham Helmy has a notebook and pen in his pocket as a standard way to write things down. There is no doubt that it will be acted immediately. More about that later ;-) definitely read on if you are an animal friend. The garden is nicely looked after, and the gardeners very friendly. The underwater world is beautiful. In front of the hotel you have sea grass where giant turtles and the dugong are graze daily. There are excursions organized to this place because it is truly unique. You have to think you get this experience with it every day when you book this hotel. For us the snorkeling experience was first and foremost the reason we chose this hotel. And we certainly don't regret that. Outside the giant toads and Dugong you have a pier that they are building a bit further right in front of the hotel there you have a small coral garden in front of the pier and a very large one behind the pier. Left in front of the hotel where the boats are anchored you can go a lot further toward the three corners hotel cometers far snorkeling. It is really beautiful here. We spent hours in the water every day. We have seen beautiful fish here. The animation team consists of several employees, where Jakub and Thomas jumped out for us. 2 guys who carry out their job with passion. We didn't take part in the activities ourselves as we were looking for our relaxation while snorkeling. What doesn't mean we had nice conversations with these guys. The hotel was very neat. The rooms were cleaned with care and we found art pieces made of towels on our bed daily. As areas of improvement we can say that the cocktails can be better. In terms of sustainability, it may be thought to replace the plastic straws to paper. And the feedback we gave to Mr Helmy to alert tourists not to touch the turtles and the dugong but to respect their nature. This could be done using an educational sign on the beach. And then... what made our holiday complete. One day we were surprised by a cat while we were eating on the terrace. First we doubted and thought it was a child but soon we knew someone was hungry.  After our dinner we went to look at the back of the hotel and there we met "Lion". A super sweet but somewhat timid cat. As big animal lovers it became a daily routine to feed him and hang out together. This sweet cat became more affectionate every day and gave us beautiful moments to remember. Until one day we noticed that the hotel wasn't happy with "Lion". The next meetings with Mr Heshem Helmy and Mr Hany Zain Eldin gave us discussions on why it was better that there was no cat in the hotel. This is mainly for hygienic reasons. Of course, we understood this. A cat does not belong to the hotel restaurant. We would not disturb this, but we did understand and respect this vision. Yet we feared a little for the future of Lion. After a good conversation we started training with Mr. Hany Zain Eldin at Lion. We made sure Lion was filled up his tummy before the hotel guests start their dinner. Together we brought Lion a little further to his supper so that he would not come to the terrace anymore. This succeeded well. The morning after that we brought Lion his breakfast. The training was successful and both Mr Hany Zain Eldin and the manager of the hotel Atef Hussein we also discussed promised that Lion would stay and take care of him. This is our beautiful story and I would like to say that anyone with any conviction can make a difference together. The people of this hotel, with sincere thanks to the manager Mr. Atef Hussein, Mr. Hany Zain Eldin and Mr. Hesam Helmy, Make a great difference by not being like everyone but being a good person from their heart. You are unique, and I am grateful to be able to get to know you. We'll come back to the hotel and Lion. When we arrived home we where supprised by the hotel staff sending us video's of "Lion" following them to get his meal. This just melts our hearts. If you wanna stay around the most festive and active area in Marsa Alam than this the place to go , Great service, tasty food and amazing sandy beach I would like to Thanks Hani and Ahmed at the reception for his kindness and for giving us a beautiful room with a nice sea view on high floor , the view was amazing . The room was beautiful and spacious , always clean and fresh thanks to Ahmed who was spoiling us everyday with beautiful towels designs . Also Many thanks to Islam , from the pool bar who was always smiling and making sure we didn't need anything . And also loads of thanks to the chef for making a special healthy menu for us. The beach is spacious with sandy access , First time in my life i saw sea cow which was very nice. Mr. Hani always coming to us on the beach asking about our stay and if we need anything. i won't forget all of the staff which always given their best.Staff are amazing and friendly my thanks goes to the managers they were really helpful and understanding

Very nice hotel, brand new. Rather for people who seek calm, the Zen attitude. Far away from the big family hotel, with the big slides and the incessant noise of the children... We went there as a family with 2 children aged 8 and 10. The proximity of the coral reef and the hotel's large heated swimming pool were enough for them to have a great holiday! The live music in the evening at the pool bar made us dream quietly while drinking very good cocktails. The food for all tastes but especially exotic made us spend delicious moments at table. Finally the attentive staff is always available! In conclusion a very very beautiful hotel for the rest of the soul. Safety in addition ;)

Where do i begin ,This hotel absolutely stunning from top to bottom. welcome smile from reception team with nice welcome drink and fast procedures of check in. Everywhere you go is clean and tidy. we stayed in nice room overlooking to kids pool and the sea. The staff throughout the hotel are so friendly. They do really great effort with love and smile. Special thanks to Mr. Hani Z which always look after us during our stay. Room been cleaned every day well. Fantastic service on the beach from cute bars manager Gamal and his team always giving you very tasty cocktails. incredible sea where you can find turtles and sea cow. The service we have received from this hotel during our stay has literally been amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Atef and Mr. Ayman also never forget handsome Hani which always smiling . i will come back again soon.
