Hotel's Favourite
This was my sixth visit to this hotel but the first in a new reality. The hotel is approximately 30 km from the airport on Abu Dabbab Bay. My temperature was measured at the entrance to the hotel. The staff works with masks and gloves, they are definitely not comfortable but I did not notice them complaining, there are shutters at the reception desk and in many places containers with disinfectant liquid. There were two masks and a disinfectant in the room, so I thought that guests also needed masks, but you didn't have to wear them. I had a large room with a view of the pool, cleaned every day, water was also refilled. Before each entrance to the restaurant, the temperature was measured, cutlery is served in a bag, and there was also a disinfecting wipe. The drinks are brought by the waiter and the buffets are approached, but the food is gived by the employee. I liked the food, especially the desserts, very much, I counted on the fact that due to the situation there may be limitations, but there was a lot of food. The Ministry of Health introduced restrictions on the number of guests in hotels, there was approximately 30% occupancy. There were guests from Egypt and Poland as well as a few Ukrainians, Swiss and Czechs who came with us. The pools were open, and bar on main pool was open. Animation was also limited but there was aerobics in the pool and belly dancing and live music in the evenings. There was also foam fun and dinner on the beach on Friday. Snacks were served by the pool and on the beach. I could relax in silence and without people, being the only one by the pool or in the buzzing by the main pool where there was music and guests. Although it was a bit windy in the bay you could go swimming watching the reef, fish and turtles. I had a lot of anxiety before leaving, but I rested very well and the holiddays passed quickly. If hospitality, safety and beach 🏖 including great reef is important to you and your family I highly recommend Hilton Nubian Resort. This was our second time here. In comparison to previous nonCovid days hotel is struggling with coming back to normal level of occupancy. But you now - is still great. Great reef, fantastic level of service and supervision- here really Hilton customer is a king. Super colourful Christmas 🎄 decorations - One can feel like home. Thursday international food evening was top notch 🎖 Why not 5 ⭐️ this time? Front desk work needs some work. What a contrast to all other. In general - highly recommend- will not find better family place in Marsa Alam. Will come back soon.

Amazing time with great food and stuff around. Hotel room always cleaned properly, people smilling and being very helpful for everything we asked. I recommend Splash Pool Bar with Ahmed Kimo!!! He did best cocktails for us! Super time, great Music and a lot of dance and fun :D! All Covid protection in place 👍🏻
