Me and my husband had the best vacation here in March! Everything was so perfect! From the food to the cleanliness of the hotel! The staff we’re the best part of the vacation! They were so nice and welcoming! Mr. Agamy the front office manger was so so helpful! He answered every question we had and made sure that we had everything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and at home. He would stop us as we were walking and asked us if there is anything he can do to make our stay better! I truly appreciate his help and want to thank him very much! Because of him we will definitely come back! Amazing amazing staff!

Have been to Egipt more than 30 times always choosing hotels with very good rates , but Jaz Maraya turned to be the best of them ! Holtel - very modern, beautiful design, extremely clean, pleasant with a lot od space. It was occupied in 70% during our visit , but we never got impression that it is crowdy. The opposit ! Rooms - clean , quiet , big . Beach - you can get to the water from the shore from Lamaya beach, you can also use yetty in this area. We were also using the one from the right side (don`t know if the holtel is called Resta Grand still..) without any problem. Sun beds in Maraya are giving intimity . In pool area you can find windy & covered from wind areas. Food - good quality & variety . Between main mails in the pool bar you can get delicious beef burgers ,salads, muffins. The good quality of coffee is also worth to mention, the same as wine (which in some hotel is undrinkable). It never happens that some most demanded food will finish within serving hours. Service - Gold medal to managers . You know you arrived to a right place entering the hotel. You do not need to que in front of reception. Receptionist is handling all formalities while you refresh yourself with clean towel & a welcome drink. It is one of very few hotels that waiters will serve you next to the pool, or even at the beach. You never wait long for anything, neither in the main restaurant , neither any other place. You can see Managers working with rest of the team when the movement is bigger. In terms of servise Jaz Maraya should be taken as an example by other hotels. First of all we would like to thank the whole of Jaz Maraya team . They were friendly, welcoming and were so engaged to make our stay as memorable as possible. I personally want to thank Mr Atef Hussein and Mr Hesham Helmy who personally made time to speak with us and they made me have a wonderful birthday. We are looking forward for our next trip in Jaz Maraya Restaurant.. the food was really delicious and there was a big variety of Food whether it was breakfast , lunch or dinner . The a la carte restaurant sea horse was our favorite . A big compliment to the kitchen chef as he knows exactly how to spoil the guests .I recommend the beef steak .You will not be disappointed. The pool area is very spacious and it has been divided into two areas . One side is not heated and the other side is heated . We used the heated area as , we were there in end of February beginning of March so it was windy and not as hot as in the summer months. We enjoyed it as the water temperature was perfect not too warm and not too cold . For the beach , snorkelers and diving lovers , the Jaz Maraya doesn’t have a direct access to the sea . As there is a reef right in front of the hotel . All the guests are allowed to use the other Jaz hotels beach side ( Jaz Lamaya and Jaz Solaya ) which is just only 5 minutes walk . There , the beach is perfect and there are enough sun beds which are all under a sunshade . For the snorkelers and divers , there is a jetty that allows you to directly access the waters . While spending ours days at this beach spot , we could always eat and drink as there was a pizza spot , drinking spot , sandwich spot , ice spot , waffle spot . This was really comfortable. The room was a superior double room which was clean and had a very comfortable bed . The room was cleaned daily and towels could be changed as often as we wanted . This also applied with the beach The animation team was really friendly and engaged. They really payed attention not to have the music too loud at the pool area as not all guests want it loud . There were daily activities like yoga , stretching , darts , pool aerobics etc . For the evening program, it was in front of the lobby area ( outside ) where different animation teams would present their shows afterwards, there was always a different live singer until about 11pm . We were glad that the evening shows were moved inside as , for out time of visit , it was too cold to sit outside and enjoy ourselves. Big thanks to animation team leader Mou . I am writing this review on our last day at the Jaz Maraya hotel where my husband and I spent a really lovely seven-day break. Everything about our stay here has been exceptional and we are sorry to be returning home tomorrow. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and plenty of hot water. It was cleaned to the highest standards, daily, by Mahmoud, and every day he left a different, beautiful towel sculpture on our bed! The one for my husband’s birthday was just brilliant - a ‘birthday cake’ made of towels, with two towel ‘hearts’ and rose petals and balloons on the bed! The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and we were impressed to see hand sanitiser for guests’ use on a pillar at the entrance to the restaurant! There are two lovely large pools and a pool for kids, and there are plenty of sun beds. The staff are amazing! We have stayed in some lovely, friendly hotels over the years but can honestly say that the Jaz Maraya is the friendliest we have ever been to. Everyone is so cheerful, friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The attention is as if we are the hotel’s only guests! Thank you to all the staff at the Jaz Maraya, especially: *Ayman Elshawadfy, the Food and Beverage Manager, who asked us every time we saw him if everything was okay and if we needed anything at all. *Hensham Helmy, the Rooms Division Manager who introduced himself to us, wished us the very best for our stay and told us to let him know if there was anything we needed. *Ahmed and Hatem in the main restaurant, who served us with smiles every day, asked how we slept and they too asked if there was anything we needed. *Hossan in the Seahorse restaurant, for whom nothing was too much trouble and if he spotted us nearby he would immediately rustle up our drinks without us asking! *Hensham in the lounge bar and his delightful team. Hensham was friendly, jovial and and attentive - noticing empty glasses and replenishing them straight away *Last but not least, the animation team; they were brilliant and made sure that everyone had a good time. I spent most of 2018 and half of 2019 undergoing gruelling treatment for cancer, so such a lovely relaxing and luxurious holiday for the two of us was just what we needed. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will be back!…
