Nice place for a relaxing vacation, nice service and helpful staff. Nevertheless I think the rooms need to have the furniture renewed in order to be more modern. The resort has all the services you need during a vacation and I even enjoyed the gym. My favourite moment was having a crepes in the afternoon by the pool.

I was fortunate to come to this hotel for the Covid-19 quarantine,, although of the hard time I was going through, this hotel made my stay very comfortable.. not only because of the spectacular redsea view and the fresh air which made it best place for meditation and excersing but also the staff was very helpful and professional.. the food was great the chef made his very best to please all tastes also the quantity and variety was great.. special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Alaa for taking care of our requests and ensure safety precautions and Mr. Abdel Azim for his great hospitality attitude and making sure that guests requests are being met. Surely will visit again as I felt like home there.

Myself and a group of more than 500 other Egyptians were required to spend a 14 days quarantine in JAZ grand marsa Alam hotel upon our return from overseas during the COVID 19 pandemic. The staff were so hospitable and welcoming despite they were operating with less than their full capacity. I really appreciate the efforts they've done and for being so responsive. Hopefully will return during their normal operating conditions, no doubt will be even better.

All helpful staff and Manager. I've been here in the quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic and the staff and Mr. Loay took VERY good care of us. They did a great job sanitizing everything maintaining the supply chain professionally during the touch circumstances.

Main lobby turns into the centre of social life and entertainment at the evenings. Have to say every person working there from main desk to the beach and via swimming pools made their effort to make your holiday unforgettable. People makes this place an outstanding. Can't say more about the staff as they all are a big credit to this place but I will say thanks to the best of them, an amazing two the nicest and the most professional waiters I ever met, lobby Mostafa and restaurant Ibrahim, and Jamaica the best leisure time animator. Hotel has few restaurants, direct access to the beach with their own pier you can dive from. Location wise, 45 mins from the airport, last in the row of all Jaz Group hotels so no one passes by, nice, safe and quiet, with walk path along the coast line to the rest of hotels and the bay for diving and waterpark with free access for hotel's guests.Very nice and very clean rooms with access to balcony. Every evening there was a great performance show. Christmas Eve and preparations? I have never seen something like this before. Thank you all for wonderful time and hope to see you shortly.…

There is a pathway from the newly built hotels which ends at Suneo Resta Reef and then you cross beach down to the Jetty which sits between Suneo Resta Reef/Jaz Grand Hotels.
