We stayed in April 2022 for 4 nights, in a mountain view overwater bungalow the first night and then taking advantage of upgrade availability to a mountain view with plunge pool for the following three. Both rooms had fantastic views of Mt Otemanu, we’re beautifully decorated and spacious. We had our son, 8 months old, with us, a cot and nappy bin was provided - worth noting that self-use washing machines are also accessible, which was very handy for a refresh / restocking of fresh baby’s bibs/vests/sleepwear. The resort is meticulously landscaped and cared-for and simply a beautiful place to be, with that fantastic view visible everywhere. Sea life having moved in says everything (saw octopus in the lagoon, sharks, a turtle, rays all in-resort). We booked babysitting also with Maja of BoraBorababysitting via the concierge, to allows us time to use the spa together. Maja was fantastic and immediately put us at ease - she had a supply of new toys to entertain our son, and he clearly loved his time with her as he was sad to see her leave once we returned! Loved our stay, -we will return one day!…
I don't know how to describe this place! especially this hotel! it is simply magnificent! From the moment they pick you up at the airport until the moment you check out, everything is perfect! we stayed in the room with a view of mount otemanu and it is definitely the best if you go to bora bora! the food, the service, the drinks everything is perfect! Without a doubt, it would be my top choice if I return to Bora Bora! If you choose four seasons bora bora you won’t regret it!
The Four Seasons Bora Bora is really heaven on earth!! Pictures cannot capture the magnificent colors of the water! Everything about this hotel is spectacular! We had an overwater bungalow with a splash pool- amazing!!! The grounds are beautiful! The staff members we encountered are so kind and friendly! We had a full day snorkeling excursion with Manu Taxi Boat Bora Bora Excursions with Chris as our guide. The best excursion of our trip in beautiful Bora Bora!!! A snorkeling excursion is a must for those who love to swim! If Bora Bora is on your bucket list of dream destinations- GO!!! And stay at The Four Seasons!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for an unforgettable stay! James and Mary Colleen Russell
This is my second time staying here and I love it. The people that work here are so nice and accommodating. This place is definitely heaven on earth. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday over here and had a dinner on the beach. It was fantastic. We really enjoyed the restaurants here. The concierge Elena really helped us booked some fantastic activities. Her suggestions were great. The highlight was definitely the snorkeling with sharks. We also enjoyed the 4x4 trip with Frank. And of course had to do jet skis around the island. We took advantage of snorkeling in the lagoon here. It was great. We couldn’t believe when he saw a turtle swimming under our bungalow one morning . That was definitely a bonus.
They ran my credit card without authorization and 2 of 3 times we dined there they grossly over charged my bill. Four Seasons needs to investigate practices there. Bungalow was great but you obviously pay top dollar for it.
Our experience at the Four Seasons Bora Bora was flawless. From check-in with Poe at reception to itinerary management by the concierge Manolia to daily warm welcome from Marie-Esther at Tere Nui for breakfast. We loved hanging out at the resort on our rest days which we scheduled in with many water activities outside of the resort. The staff at the resort will make sure you don't miss any of your preplanned excursions by reminding you via their in-house app. It was a very convenient way to communicate with the staff for anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely return to Four Seasons Bora Bora.
We visited Bora Bora for my dad's 80th birthday and stayed at the Four Seasons. This was my third visit to Bora Bora but my first time at the Four Seasons. Everything about this hotel is incredible. Amazing service, beautiful rooms and a perfect location. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. A special highlight was their snorkeling lagoon filled with tropical fish that is easy swimming for all levels. There is not any coral near the overwater bungalows so there are no fish to see, but that is the case for most of Bora Bora and the better hotels. We we were so happy that they had the little snorkeling lagoon to enjoy. The beach restaurant had delicious food and great service for drinks and snacks delivered directly to your beach chair. We had a a wonderful time and it was a really special trip for my family. Thank you to the Four Seasons for a spectacular visit. We will come again! We also used Reef Discovery for a private snorkel cruise and highly recommend.…
A wonderful experience! The resort was beautiful, the staff was outstanding, the food was great, and we can't wait to go back. We stayed in room 402 with a lagoon view. Next time, we will go for the mountain view. It would be well worth it!
We have been to Bora Bora a total of 4 times and have stayed at the Four Seasons, St. Regis and the Brando. While all the properties have their advantages, our favorite has remained the Four Seasons. The customer service and attentiveness of the staff is just above and beyond every time. In terms of room, we have always stayed in an overwater bungalow. We have had both beach views and the mountain view and you can't really go wrong. I would recommend you determine what is important to you (privacy, walking distance to pool/restaurant, being able to see the sunset from your room, etc) and then call the resort to get a recommendation. Each room really has it's pros and cons. The concierge is fantastic at recommending things to do. The app makes it easy to book things and make requests. But if you have questions, seriously pick up the phone and ask. They do go above and beyond to make your stay ideal. I highly recommend getting a couples massage in the special private suite. It was worth the extra fee to get the private suite for an extra hour after the massage and the setting was just so beautiful. I would also recommend the private Pure snorkeling tour with lunch with Fabian. I hesitated to book it because it was expensive compared to the other snorkeling options, but it was so worth every penny. We were able to see sharks, manta rays, dolphins, eagle rays, sting rays, sea horses, eels, etc. The lunch was so good it rivaled the food at the four seasons and the setting of eating at a picnic table in the water while the fish swim around your feet was just so cool! We traveled with our two kids and the kids club was also much appreciated. …
The Four Seasons Bora Bora is nothing short of spectacular. The huts over the water with a plunge pool is simply the most amazing experience we have ever had. The view of the majestic mountain reminds me of Skull Island in King Kong (in the best way). The service is absolutely 5 stars . The best restaurant for dinner is the arii Moana. The breakfast restaurant tere nui is terrific. The buffet is the way to go: coconuts with a straw, fresh mango juice, fresh papaya and sliced tuna and sliced swordfish along with all of the normal breakfast foods. The best lunch spot is fare HOA beach bar and grill. The Dive Easy dive shop is right on the premise. Laurent will help you book a fantastic dive. I have been on more than 100:dives around the world and Levi is one of the very best dive masters I have ever dove with. The gym is a little small, but certainly adequate.Margo, in the spa is exceptionally helpful.…
