Beautiful location in the heart of Fujairah city, Service and staff from the moment we arrived every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I literally mean every member. It must be part of policy for staff to stop and greet the guests each time, but it adds to a calming and welcoming overall atmosphere. In particular we found the waiting staff and the cleaners very attuned to our needs. All the staff were great with our kids too! Value for money for our needs we found this hotel quite a bit cheaper than some of the others in the close area Food As above, the food was very tasty and Delicious. Everything we tried from the room service/restaurants was excellent, with the exception. Brilliant pizza, pasta, vegetables and salad.

Mr. Mousab, the manager, and his team are great! Additionally, Mr. Abdalaziz, the man who normally works at the front counter, is excellent and very friendly. The people at Concorde Hotel Fujairah will assist you with anything you may need.
In fact, when I had to leave back home for the holidays and did not have a place to leave my belongings (because I was checking out of the hotel, but needed somewhere to leave my things), they helped me out a lot.
The only notable minor critique I have is that I wish the cleaners came to clean the room during the mornings instead of the afternoons. I work during the mornings and return to the room during the mid afternoon. I would have preferred to come back to an already clean room instead of having the cleaners come in while I'm trying to chill after a day of work.
Other than that, it was an overall pleasant experience and I highly recommend the Concorde!! (P.S.: I lived in the hotel for little over a month and if you are a teacher, like I am, they will provide you with special prices!)

I hosted my sister’s bridal shower at Layalina hall 2 last night. We only started decorating 1.5 hour before the event started since I was advised that there was a function before ours. I was really nervous if we could finish everything before the guests arrived. However, some guests did arrive earlier that expected but thankfully, Ms Annalin and her coworkers started serving them drinks (even without our instructions). They were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. Every time I requested for something they do or bring it immediately. We even needed some hair pins during the event and she, surprisingly, provided us that. Ms Annalin was very friendly and polite. The service crew was extraordinary! ✨
The food was great too. We were only expecting a maximum of 40 people so we didn’t have a lot of dishes, although all the guests said that the food was very tasty, especially the sweet & sour fish, and even the salads!
It was an all ladies event, so we also had to keep the door close at all times. The staff ensured that this was followed and even put up some covers in the front of the door.
I’ll definitely recommend Layalina banquets to my friends for their events.

I booked this hotel to spend a night in Fujairah, I arrived with family my arrival experience was good with Abdulaziz ONLY! The room after check in was
In reality the hotel is over rated and doesn’t deserve even 2 stars. Big concern about the hygiene and COVID-19 protocol, staff are not wearing the masks strictly 😳😳. The guests are using the pool with their own cloth such abaya and trousers ( another BIG SHOCK 😳) the life guard and Duty Manager (Nalish if I remembered his name correctly ) couldn’t I’d the problem and the whole family were abusing the rules and regulations of the pool and continued so I decided to leave the pool.
At 17:00 I asked the Housekeeping In charge after tipping him to clean my room and prepare a place for my kids to sleep because I will return very late at the night.
Not it is 00:42 and the room is super messy nothing was done! Nothing prepared for my kids to sleep, I called the reception the gentleman answered saying no extra blankets or pillows available to be send to my room, I told him to call the Housekeeping in charge who I spoke with and question him why it was not arranged? He called back saying sorry he forgot and will try to do something.
Amin from Housekeeping came to the room apologize and was super helpful, very courteous man.
The hotel is old and outdated, not worthy to spend 100 U$D per night at all. I haven’t try the breakfast yet which I think most probably will be below average as well.
Staff generally are not smiling and sadly not hosty !! You feel a lack of management around, no one is coaching or managing them, any guest can do anything and no one is educating them with dos & don’ts !! Even there was a punch of kids playing on the piano and making a big noise when I was having my coffee in the lobby and no one told them this is wrong! you feel the place is auto pilot! Very sad to experience such a terrible stay😞

The first thing I noticed on the restaurant is their strict Covid rules. Guests are asked to sanitize and wear gloves and masks before entering the restaurant. There are also signs of keeping distance from other guests which I really appreciate because our safety are their top priority. Restaurant staffs are wearing gloves, masks, and hair nets as well while serving the guests. Upon entry, you will be greeted with the warmest welcome by Ms. Rhea and Mr. Fazal. We requested for a good window seat and we were not disappointed with what we got (thanks Ms. Rhea!) Service staff are very polite and helpful and are very attentive with all our requests. Food are superb! Chefs check the buffet for refill from time to time. This was a great holiday spent at Fujairah.

last weekend we have a conference meeting in Concorde Hotel, everything is well arranged by hotel staff from coffee break to till lunch. Have wide variety of choice on lunch. All my team really enjoyed food and their facilities and services. Easy approachable location while you are driving from dubai to fujairah, i will like to recommend to our business partners and others business holders for to book this hotel for their conferences which are going to be held on fujairah.

Supposedly 4 star hotel but certainly not. Room service staff have no idea about menu and cannot answer questions regarding menu. Bathroom lights didnt work, bedroom floor not cleaned well and when asking for cutlery it took two phone calls and 15 minutes before getting. Would not recommend.a very tired hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our children. Centrally located in fujairah City next sheikh Zaid mosque.room was big size with walk in shower with other furniture like sofa . Spring Bed was quite wobbly and felt old ,NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL .. BATHROOM was good size with toiletries Breakfast was good but still limited compared to typical spreads in middle East hotels seating area was good Car parking was good and free WiFi was good too , but drops near the pool Swwiming pool were good, both children and adults were separate.

Kapil Nayak is at belle view restaurant and also hotels room service has been with me to serve since he arrived in February 2021 and has been amazing and comes to work with a great attitude and smile every day. He continuously checks on our room to make sure it is clean after we are done eating and he is always as quick and efficient as he can be. Anybody would be lucky to have him as a service representative.

Nope, its a 10 mins drive away from the coast, and a bit more to a beach that you can enjoy. Theres a pool on the rooftop of the hotel if its just for a round of swim.
There are more places to choose from in the Fujairah area.
