The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff is always very friendly and d helpful. You can ask them for any help and they are always willing to guide you and help you. I was serviced by Ngoc Anh and always happy to give you recommendations of places and restaurants that you can try. The location of the hotel is a plus too, you can walk around town to most places. I will surely come back and stay during my next visit to Sapa .

My friend and I, we were walking and checking out various hotels for our next visit. We decided to call into Bamboo Sapa for breakfast. On entering tje restaurant, we were met by a pleasant staff who explained the cuisine available, other rhan their daily buffet. We decided on the buffet after reviewing whats on offer at 200,000Vnd per.pax. I must admit that the varieties were plentiful, especiall with a chef ready for eggs and Hot noodles. Well, I must recommend that the chef should not be too stingy on the ingredients eg: chicken meat or beef strips. During our meals, we were rather surprised by a very pleasant and knowlegeable staff, name Ms. LUA. She gave us lots or relevant answers for the property to our enquriy's. I was also rather surprised at her ability to converse in fluent English, which helps alot. Ms.Lua also took the opportunity to show us one of the room with a spectacular view. I must admit that it was a highlight of my trip in Sapa to be able to enjoy a sumptous breakfast and to meet some very pleasant well ttained staff of Bamboo Sapa hotel.
My friend and I look forward to be able to stay with Bamboo Sapa hotel,during our next visit.

We stayed for 2 nights during the pandemic therefore the hotel was not full. But we had a bad experience with this hotel. Firstly, the bathroom was dirty and the faucet on the sink was too much water pressure and splashed all over me. They didn’t make up our rooms until we asked for it. Secondly, the staffs here had very bad attitude. They didn’t even say hello or thank you when we enter or leave the restaurant. They stared at us and then looked away. I just asked a lady there for a straw but the man worked in the restaurant said to her “No, don’t have”. And he said so loud that we can be able to hear it. I think because he doesn’t want to take it for me. That was very impolite and unprofessional. Also when we wanted to book a taxi the receptionist told me: “Here’s the numbers, call it by yourself”. When we walked out of the hotel, no one opened the door and the taxi’s door for us as well even though there were 2 men standing there. I have never seen any hotel with this kind of service before. That would be the last time staying there ever.

I have a great experience at Bamboo Sapa hotel. The thing is to those who arrived early at 5am or 6am they have a standard room to rest and it is not crazily charged you like other hotels. As in that particular arrival in the morning. We are unable to find a hotel at sapa, we need clean hotel as we dont like hostel. But around the hotels they have rooms charged me double. And the hotel i booked Delasol is so crazily charged me 2millions and above. I said i paid for a night fees but they increased the price which is above 2million. Because hotel checked in time is at 2pm. So the whole morning we need to take a good rest in this chill weathed on the 3rd dec early morning. Thats crazy. But Bamboo hotel staff Ms.Huyen are is my savier, She is really knowledgable and professional find a way to sort it out. They charged me yet it is acceptable as so crazily chill out there and when you step in to lobby it is so warmly welcome and feel confortable that is the plus point. And i met the staff called Thanh Huyen, Kai and Julie. They are so workhard and very effective young professional. They work so helpful and having great service from hiring vehicles touring around to sightseeing. I really appreciate and thanks to Ms Huyen she is really a acknowledgable staff in this trip She is the main carefully guided me and helped me day by day till i go back. Cheers! All the best and we will meet again Bamboo Sapa.

The highlight of this hotel is the infinity pool with a stunning view- an ideal place for taking photo. I appreciated the design of the room: stylish, clean and modern. The staff was so nice and helpful, they supported me anytime I need and also recommended me some tips for travelling: things to do, things to eat,,..... The hotel has great location for getting surrounding. 100% worth to try.

We had an amazing stay at Bamboo Hotel in Sa Pa! The location is fantastic, close to everything, with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. One of the highlights was the flexibility they offered us – they let us shower and freshen up after our checkout, and they stored our luggage for a full night while we stayed in a nearby village. Special thanks to Mr. Happy, the manager at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa!

It was a great experience, we eat kosher and they let us cook in there kitchen and they were very nice. Phuc Hoang was very nice and he knows English very well so it's easy to talk to him. We asked to change the sheets because we wanted to make sure it's clean and they had no problem to change.
