This hotel is very new, clean and within walking distance to town centre. Rooms are beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were all very helpful and informative during our stay there. Buffet breakfasts were good.
They extended our checkout time, this enabled us to take showers after a morning trekking session which was perfect as we had a long bus journey back to Hanoi after that. They even packed some food and drinks for us for our long bus ride.
So happy to have chosen this hotel to stay in Sapa .

Yesterday we had 1 day Sapa tour and were booked in here as part of Sapa Tour .
We had breakfast at hotel and it was one of the best we have had so far in Asia , with great variety of fresh fruits , eggs and Vietnamese local food .
Besides breakfast , staffs were amazing . They’re so friendly and helpful . They helped us with every sort of questions we had . Thu , the lady worked at hotel , was amazing and very friendly . Even though it wasn’t included in our tour package, she offered us couple of times to have shower or use the facilities of the hotel for free. And the Sapa trekking tour itself was amazing . We really enjoyed the tour .
Next time when we come to Sapa , definitely we’ll stay here for a couple of days . Definitely recommended for stay and the Sapa tour
Thanks Thu-Autumn again and see you next time ...

The hotel is situated close to the centre of Sapa town and within easy walking distance of places of interest.
On arrival we were welcomed by the friendly staff who provided us with fruit and a drink. We were told that we would be upgraded to the best room situated at the front of the hotel and with a balcony without further charge.
The room itself was spacious and the warm air from the air conditioning made it it very cosy. The room had free water with tea/ coffee provided. The large bed was oh so comfortable with clean white linen which made for a very good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy with good towels, shower gel and shampoo.
The staff were exceptional and whatever we asked of them they provided good information regarding nearby restaurants etc.
On our last day they allowed us to use our room until 3pm without charge.
I would certainly stay here again when travelling to Sapa.

We only chose to stay here due to a sudden change in our schedule requiring us to quickly book a hotel for the night. We were exceptionally lucky as the service at this hotel is unparalleled anywhere else we have been in Sapa. Rooms are clean and tidy and beds are extremely comfortable. Staff helped us with transport, recommended restaurants, assisted with onwards travel and generally were in hand to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcomed. We didn't have the breakfast. The town is within walking distance (albeit up a hill) although motorbike taxis and regular taxis are easy to arrange. If you want to stay in Sapa town - you should stay here.

It is wonderful to find a hotel where the guest can really feel special and not just another number. The Reception staff and especially Thu welcomed us warmly, explained the hotel services, and reviewed all the tours they booked in advance. They took care of us from A to Z while we were there so we never felt alone or lost. It was a very comfortable experience and everything went as planned.

We were booked in here as part of a tour for an overnight stay.
The staff are lovely and helpful. The hiking tour they arranged was excellent.

The room was spacious with a lovely soft bed. It wasn't busy so they upgraded our room to one with a balcony.
Meals, other than breakfast were provided in the restaurant across the road. It was very tasty and good portion sizes.

Breakfast was in the hotel and there was plenty of choice at the buffet with a fresh cooked egg option as well.

Overall a lovely stay.

My Boutique Hotel is in east walking distance to town but just out enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. We were very lucky to get a front balcony room with million dollar views across the valley and mountains.

A family run business everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are salacious, clean and very comfortable.

Breakfast was great with a choice of Vietnamese and western dishes and great coffee. We also ate dinner one night at their nearby restaurant which was very enjoyable and also has commanding views.

We would definitely recommend My Boutique to any traveller in Sapa.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent hygiene. We traveled there post covid and in a calm time of the year, but the staff that was there did all they could to be of service and to help with the organization of our trip.

Laundry service was offered, they helped us arranging a bus back to Hanoi and communication around that (which can always be tricky).

I spent a weekend here with my friends. The reception is very good and swift. They are so helpful to find us a reasonable ride from Lao Cai station straight to the hotel. I truly adore the staffs here for their cheerfulness and great support.

We also got a complimentary upgrade with our room, more spacious with a nice balcony. Bathrooms are clean and stocked full with necessities. Beds are soft and very comfortable. Breakfast is served on time, steaming hot and balance with different options.

Highly recommend this hotel to other travellers to Sapa!

Can not say enough good things about this family run business!
A relatively new hotel in an excellent area. The rooms are spacious and clean. White crisp sheets.
Nothing is overlooked. The owners have thought of everything for the room amenities...even an iron!
The front desk staff speak English, and are always so willing to help, answer questions, and book tours.
The breakfast is excellent: fresh and lots of options.
The restaurant across the street, Mountain View, had the best food in the 28 days we have been in Vietnam!

A great stay! Thank you!

Hi, we booked from Hanoi via Swallow Travel. This included the hotel and all transport/treks/day trips. However I’m sure the hotel can help you book a trek of you call them. Enjoy! It’s a beautiful hotel!
