If you like waking up at 07:00 every morning to the sound of construction right next to your room this is the place is for you! Staff not super friendly, put us in the wrong room to begin with. Beds were terrible, probably more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Breakfast very average forgot my bacon twice! I almost think they...

Not much to say about this place. Large rooms. We had no proper heating in our room and it was freezing. At least they had an electric blanket. Can't remember much about the breakfast except that the service was poor overall. We only stayed one night.

The hotel has nice view and balcony, clean room with efficient amenities. Staffs are nice and helpful, one of them arranged us a taxi to go back to Laocai station at a good price. We had dinner at the restaurant, the beef was tasty. However the breakfast was poor. I couldn't find anything to eat besides the eggs and bacon....

Pros: - Free upgrade to the top floor, where three rooms share a terrace. The other two rooms were unoccupied for most of our stay, so we basically had the run of the place. - Delicious breakfast! - Service - great staff. We had to change our booking and couldn't do it through Agoda; Huyen was very responsive through email....

Began with smiles, but staff took us to lesser room than booked. Had to ask for a heater, had electric blanket, but not working. Put tip on the pillow, went out for 4 hours (maids asked if it was OK to clean as we left). Came back...door wide open with phone and iPad in plain sight, tip gone, room uncleaned....

I stayed at the hotel for couple of night. I love the view, great service. Food was amazing and the Chef - the owner was the great one. I love the egg soup he made with all love and care. Right at the location to go to Cat Cat village, definitely come back

Starting with the good point, the hotel is located near the "downtown" Sapa area and offers a great view on the valley. However, the staff offered really poor service. When we booked, we specifically mentioned that we didn't want the room located in the basement below a floor that was under renovation. When we got our room, they had assigned...

This place was slightly out of our price range, but it was well worth it! We took an over night bus and arrived very early. The head chef and manager welcomed us with open arms and quickly checked us in. Our bus leaving Sapa was also very early, before breakfast, but the staff made us a large lunch to take...

The Hotel is fine and a welcome relief after spending a night in a sleeper train to get here. I expect many of you will come the same way. The hotel has large comfortable rooms with VERY hard beds - fine by me but beware. The shower could have been better , cleaner maybe , but not a problem. Breakfast...
