Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores.
Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order.
Staff friendly and helpful.
One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

We loved this hotel. We had a room with a city view, it had a separate enclosed area between the main bedroom and the balcony. This was great as it cut out any noise from the road at night. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to Sun World and lots of shops and places to eat. I had read reviews about Sapa being too brash and a bit of a tourist trap. We really liked it, yes there are lots of bright lights and plenty of shopping opportunities, but it only takes a little effort and you are out in the most spectacular countryside.
Breakfast was not included in the booking but we did pay extra for it on a couple of days. It was buffet style with a reasonable variety of hot and cold food and there was an option for eggs cooked to order.
Tien, on the front desk is quite a character, very funny but also very helpful. The other team members are also lovely and helpful, but not quite as effusive as Tien 😊.
If we ever go back to Sapa, we would definitely book to stay at the Sapa Centre hotel.

Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was exceptional! The hotel's central location in Sapa made it easy to explore everything the town has to offer. Our room was comfortable, with a stunning balcony view. The real highlight, however, was the outstanding staff. Tin Tin and his team—Selena and Huong—were incredibly warm, accommodating, and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond, from recommending fantastic restaurants and must-see attractions to even arranging tickets for Fansipan and the Glass Bridge to save us time. A special thank you to Tin Tin for his incredible support after we had a motorbike accident—he personally arranged transportation, stayed with us at the hospital, and helped translate. It’s rare to find such genuine care, and we truly felt looked after throughout our entire stay. We’ll definitely return and recommend Sapa Centre Hotel to our friends!

Stayed here 4 nights. Some staff weren’t very helpful. Had a room next to restaurant first night and then next day asked to change room. Hotel was very quiet and it seemed to be a struggle for us to be put somewhere else. We moved to another room and because it was better than what we paid for we were then told to move back to another room the day after. A lot of effort and cleaning of rooms. Breakfast was decent and had most things. Location is fine aswell.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent. Reasonably priced, a comfortable room and good shower. The service was fantastic. They people at the reception we’re really friendly, gave us food recommendations, booked our bus out for use and organised some trekking for us on the 2nd day. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service from the hotel, friendly, accommodating staff especially Miss Thúy Hà. She made sure I am comfortable, accommodated and well attended. She also offered to carry my baggage during my check in. Explained well the dos and donts of the hotel. The hotel also has a nice view and nice ambiance, although the breakfast can be improved. The price is so cheap that you can get a big room for only a few chips and friendly budget especially for a solo traveller like me.

i stayed in the room with mountain view but in the first day, it is so foggy. but the second day, the view is amazing.
staff also very friendly and speaks good english.
i need to borrow luggage scale but it seems they dont have it. but they let me use their big kitchen weight scale for my luggage.
what make this hotel so great is because they also have restaurant. other hotel looks so quiet and lonely because it is only a place to stay. but with the restaurant, this hotel is so live and looks busy..

I stayed for two nights traveling alone. The room was spacious and well-cleaned. At around 3,000 yen a night, breakfast included is reasonable. Breakfast - 400 yen? For the price, it was acceptable. The staff were all friendly and helped me with booking a bus to Hanoi. It's in the center of town, so restaurants, shops, Sapa Lake, and the entrance to Sun World are within walking distance. It's close to Sapa Church, where the tour limousine bus stops. I headed to Hanoi on an early morning bus, but they let me have breakfast early. I appreciated this consideration. Beer and dinner at the hotel restaurant are also inexpensive.

The superior room was a delightful surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the hot water worked flawlessly. The added touches of air conditioning and a fan were much appreciated.
The hotel staff, especially Thien, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Thien was particularly helpful, assisting with room choices, purchasing tickets for Fan Si Pan Mountain and bus tickets. His exceptional service really made a difference.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Sapa Station. It's also close to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a 5-star experience!

We leaned on this structure to leave our luggage waiting to take the night bus. Mr. Tintin welcomed us warmly as if we were hotel guests, at the retreat the receptionist miss. Huong offered us a hot cup of tea (since we arrived from a day in the pouring rain). Very cheap for the service, super welcoming, you have to go directly to the reception of the hotel and they will assist you in everything, in particular they have also provided us with a ride to go and take the bus
