This is the largest hotel in the town. The rooms are so large that the small air conditioning unit struggles and needs to be kept at the lowest setting 24/7. Everything about the hotel is okay but could easily be so much better with just a little thought and attention.

This with so many New Hotels around is quite old but is fairly well preserved. The Staff were most helpful. The Room was clean. The small Evening Restaurant at the front of the Hotel the food is average and the staff need Wake up call.

The hotel is dated but that doesn’t stop the people to try their best to make your stay special. Language makes it a bit of a challenge but that is similar to any other accommodation in such areas. The breakfast was very good and the garden next to the hotel is a breath of fresh air. The internet in the...

We drove up from Chaiyaphum city. The 201 road to Chumphae was very busy with trucks and not enjoyable, dangerous infact. After Chumphae to the sign telling you that you were entering Loei Province on the 201 road was gorgeous through a forest. On arriving in Loei we had a decision to make, Loei Palace Hotel which is old, big,...

We drove here from Phitsanulok and it took a little over 4 hours, it was signposted when we came into town so finding it was not a problem. Some of the check in staff do not have good English but i dont mind that as i have been learning Thai for about three years and it gives me a chance...

Stayed for two nights, upon arrival I was immediately upgraded to a lovely suite!! Nice quiet room with balcony, only a few steps away from the outdoor pool. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a free underground car park. Breakfast was OK but like many hotels in Thailand, they need to know and provide more western...

Its almost 7 years since we last stayed at the Loei Palace hotel and its not changed too much. But its still a good choice.I must admit I quite like these grand old hotels providing they are properly maintained and this one is,although some of the fixtures and fittings are quite dated now. The room is nice and spacious and...

Stayed Here Last June And Lucky Enough To Be Upgraded To Suite Room With The Balcony. However, You Have To Share The Balcony With Another 2 Rooms So It Feels A Bit Weird. The Hotel Itself Is A Bit Dated And Need To Be Touched Up For Furniture. Location Is Pretty Good, Easy To Access Anywhere Since It is In...
