Pros: Walking distance to Finn’s, extremely cheap & affordable Cons: The pool is absolutely disgusting. White floaters through the entire thing, it was actually really gross, pool is unswimmable. If you think you’re going to be able to use the rooftop pool, think again. Very, very basic and dirty. Mirror had rust all over it (no selfies in the room), blind absolutely covered in black mould/dust (it’ll cover you too if you touch it). No hand soap or hand towels provided at all, lampshades falling off the few lights in the room, hot water runs out very quickly, the lights are so dim it’s impossible to do makeup etc in the bathroom. They advertise 24/7 room service but there’s no menu in your room, and when you call down to reception no-one answers anyway. We booked a twin bed room, obviously for 2 persons, and had to argue with them on arrival to get a second room key. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement room key and instead of just giving me one the manager got out her iPhone and started showing me photos of a towel she claimed I’d damaged 3 days prior.. what an actual joke. An old thin towel. I told her the numerous issues with the stay, none of which I’d complained about and suggested, that instead of encouraging me to leave this review they might decide to write the towel off.. she smiled and laughed and asked me for $200,000 rupees for the towel. Which I paid.. Would not recommend staying here unless you’re a full on backpacker on a very tight budget and don’t mind a dirty basic room and half the advertised hotel facilities unusable.…

Do have a pleasant stays. It was a pet friendly hotel. Basic menu breakfast either local or western per person. Room is not as seen as in the photo during booking. Toilet is small, room is bit old and just enough for 2 with baggages. The bed frame is old as it created sound when you moving during your sleep. No drinking water and toiletries given (maybe forgetten) until requested twice. Walking distance to convenient store, restaurants, beach and beach clubs.

Caught up with friends at this great mid-budget hotel. Wow what a set up and vibe. Had a drink at their rooftop bar and pool, apart from the amazing location, the staff were particularly attentive. Special mention of what I assume is the area manager, Gadoh, wow he was so good with all the guests and visitors. 🙏🙏🙏

I stay here with my boyfriend the atmosphere was so good and so many instagramable spot here. The staff very helpfull and friendly. I like the pool in the rooftop! Such a nice view ❤️ Thank you so much!

The hotel was dirty the rooms were dirty the 2 lights didn't work the outside balcony light and the main light. Breakfast was a set menu and not a buffet but me and my wife were first waiting for breakfast and we always got served last. It took over an hour for pancakes they said it's because they make it fresh yet when we were sitting by the door of the restaurant we could hear them only just making the batter after 50 minutes. The coffee made had coffee spilled over the sides of the cup and the coffee powder over the rim. They will only clean rooms after three days if you can call it clean. In the end with breakfast we just walked out. All the facilities are closed and to be honest the worst place we ha e stayed in Bali. Good location and pool on the top and rather nice crowd staying there. Very, very poor management there though. The so called deluxe room not at all a deluxe room more like a standard room. Good location and generally nice staff. Many though as often the case in Bali have little training. The operational manager - hotel manager, extremely unprofessional. Even she said as the nice guy who upgraded me to a so called suite as the room I had was not at all up to expectations (not even the right sqm. as presented!), that she would have to charge him for upgrading me. This unprofessional lady and some other things maybe reported later a kind of ruined a good experience otherwise from this hotel. As often the case in Bali and you can see on my Facebook Visitorsguidetravel where I wrote about Bali managment and training is lacking. Actually was there like a year ago in March but March not in the field required.…

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of February. Rooftop pool and area was lovely with well priced food and drink. Rooms were clean with good air con, good shower pressure aswell. Breakfast had a fresh egg station and then toast, fruits and pastries. WiFi was really good in rooms but a bit hit or miss on rooftop at times.

We stayed here for 4 nights for New Year 2019/20 and loved it. All aspects of the hotel were super and they arranged all that we had asked for. The rooftop pool and bar is a wonderful feature and happy hour cocktails were well priced. We hired bikes from the hotel and explored the area. Washing our dirty clothing was also a reasonable charge. Will stay there again!

I stayed here with friends for 3 nights during a vacation. The building looks cool and the vibe is trendy. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was ok. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing. We had 2 rooms and both of our rooms smelled like mould. We tried to get rid of the smell but nothing helped. The humidity was tough in these rooms and our beds were moist. The air that came out of the airco systems didn't seem very healthy. We were with 4 people and 3 of us became sick. Coughing, respiratory infection, fever... I can not be 100 % sure but we had the feeling we became sick because of our stay here. Cool hotel but please try to fix these humidity problems and check the airco filters.

Stayed here a night and wish we’d stayed longer. Friendly check in staff, laundry services. amazing roof top pool with all day happy hour and a small sandy area as well. Breakfast basic but adequate with eggs made to order, fruits, Indonesian food, pastries, coffee. Cool decor. Comfy bed, good size room, amazing shower. It’s a bit far away from the main strip of canggu but a 25 minute walk along the beach or a short taxi ride (50k grab) Didn’t experience any noise from the other guests. Air con worked well. Can’t complain at all!
