It is unacceptable to check in to a premium resort, pay upfront and then be told you cannot use the pool area for half of the duration of your stay because they have a private event. The pool is its key selling point, there is only 1 pool, and in Canguu it’s all about the sunset. No discount or remedy was offered. I will never stay again regardless of the pool.

It was one of the most amazing stays in bali. The location was perfect. All the best beach side clubs and nice restaurants at walking distance. Ocean view from the room was mind blowing. Special thanks to Ms Fitri, who welcomed me at the reception while I checked in. She was very kind and generous and helpful and always looked after guest and made sure my stay was memorable from the time I checked in till I checked out. Thank you LV8 , I will be back soon :)

Madya was very kind and nice to us! Was nice to stay here again! The food and the service was perfect. The sunset is insane and this is one of the most underrated beachclubs in Bali. You need to see it by yourself!

So lovely staff - Fitri was amazing and gave us free toy😍 life saver travelling with a kid! The food was really lovely - we ordered the pizza! And beachvolley is just in front of the pool. Amazing pool. We didn’t stay at the hotel but we just enjoyed the sun beds for a fee we could spend in the bar and restaurant.

I was my 🎂 🥳 birthday, and the front desk staff Fitri was extremely friendly and personal. She made the check in smooth and she wore a constant smile. Once she knew it was my birthday, she immediately ran over to greet me and she even sent up a cake to sing me happy birthday. I was extremely surprised. Thank you for making me feel very special and making my stay comfortable!

Lv8 I am usually a person that can see the best in most situations and my wife and I most certainly had to live those words at the LV8. Regrettably I have little to nothing positive to share about our stay here in an ocean front room. We had a great time Canggu thanks to the local beach bars. The hotel/resort This is the definition of sweating assets. 1-All pool chairs are falling apart, the cushions are all very dirty and stained. 2-paint is falling off the walls and everything is dirty 3-the smell.. hard to describe it but the entire place stinks like bad decisions and regret. Closely resembles the aroma of bourbon street in New Orleans. 4-the food. Would feel guilty feeding it to my dog. -managed to survive on protein bars. In summary I think this hotel is best suited for high school/college party’s and binge fests. Would have been happy to share any of this feedback to anyone at the hotel if I could have found them. Best part of the LV8 is leaving :) …

Beautiful views and service . Pak Ngurah was most attentive to our needs, the food was great and didn't wait too long. The fire and marshmallows were a touch of class. Willy was a great server while Yuda prepared a first class dining experience.
