This is a very new hotel so everything is very modern and clean. There are two pools (ground and rooftop) with restaurant, gym and office available. The breakfast at the restaurant is nice however it does take a while to get to you - even raw food such as the smoothie bowl. As per everywhere in Bali the staff are very nice and hard working. The locality is also central to the beach and beach clubs of Canggu. With that comes the noise issue. You will hear music (and other customers complaining loudly about noise) and fireworks up to about midnight. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would stay again.

The Citadines Berawa has been a home away from home here in Bali. The rooms are beautiful, clean and a cool refuge from the everyday heat of Bali. The hotel has a great little gym, two pools and several other amenities that we really enjoyed. My favourite experience has been watching the sunset from the Skylounge , the view is unbelievable and the atmosphere is magic. The manager of the hotel is absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming. Citadines is in the heart of Canggu close to everything but still on a quiet peaceful street, a VERY close walk from the beach. You are in the heart of the action but still enjoy peace and quiet.

Enjoyable stay. We had a two bedroom apartment. The design of the apartment is such that both rooms and the living area open completely to the balcony via full length glass doors. So it could be bright and airy, or complete privacy when the curtains were drawn. We really enjoyed this. King bed in master, twins in second bedroom. Both en suite. Beds were comfortable. Living area had a day bed/sofa. Dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchenette was better equipped than we expected (cutleries, plates, cups, microwave, standard size fridge, stove top, standing drinking water dispenser etc) but we didn’t use them. Staff (other than the slight confusion at check in) were great, filled all my requests quickly. Good work there. Two swimming pools on the property, one on ground floor, one roof top. The roof top one looked out to the beach, beside a bar with live music at certain times. 5 minutes walk to the beach, less than 10 to a supermarket and plenty of cafes and restaurants.…

The top floor restaurant is definitely the best thing in hotel and the infinity pool is gorgeous and well maintained . The french chef created a great menu and the food is some of the best i had in an hotel. Try the steak plate or the half chicken with mashed potatoes ! For breakfast the croque monsieur with the sauce i still think of it !! The room was large , other pool was great ! The decor was amazing as well !

Stayed with some friends when we first arrived in Bali in a two bedroom apartment. Great place- two pools and very attentive staff who were able to help us get settled in and also arrange inwards travel. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, in a great location.

I can say it is a hotel with a good deal they offer. Considering it is really so close to Berawa beach, great amenities inside the room, complete facilities, friendly & helpful staffs, clean, what can I complain? 😂 Oh they have rooftop lounge with pool for you to chill while waiting the sunset. Walking distance too if you want to go to the famous beach club in Bali I stayed for 4 nights & really enjoyed the ambience of Canggu. I would love to have next stays when I come to Canggu again!

I stayed in Citadines Berawa for 2 months (July and August 2021). It was the time when Covid case was at their peak in Indonesia and hospitality industry in Bali was affected badly. Some hotels in Bali understandably reduce their staffs and services, but not Citadines. Service was excellent and the staffs are friendly. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and many cafes. Pepito supermarket is near the hotel. Room is convenient. Mini kitchen and microwave are really a plus point because you can have your foods delivered and warm them up in the kitchen. Rooftop area is beautiful and the infinity pool has such a pretty view. There is a laundry room in the hotel and it is a nice facility for those who stay long term. This hotel is a parking spot for Grab wheels and you can use it with Grab app for strolling around Berawa. They have some house pets, the cat named Chibi who always hanging around in lobby and some dogs too! I felt like home staying in Citadines Berawa. Definitely will come back if I stay in Canggu and will recommend this hotel to my friends!…

I really enjoyed my stay there!! Staffs were friendly and kind, I had a smooth check in. My room was located on the first floor so after a few days I figured that I could quickly access it via staircase instead of elevators (I like walking). My room was spacious, clean and bright. The AC was cold, bathroom spotless. No weird odor or bugs. Internet was fast--I had no trouble logging into work. Kitchen functioned well. Love that there was a laundry room that we could use freely, although there were mosquitoes near the room. Location is great: close to yoga studios (I went to Samadi and Pranava) and cafes, no difficulties when ordering Gojek. This hotel is also pet-friendly, so I was happy to be able to meet and pet other guests' dogs! Overall it's a great place for a long term stay.…
