Amazing villas and staff. Beautifully appointed rooms, gorgeous grounds great pool for all guests and our own pool in our private Villa. Staff were so helpful lovely breakfast by the pool area. A wonderful, peaceful bali stay! We were a bit concerned upon arrival, as the entrance is through a small alley off a busy street, but the hotel is designed in such a way that it feels like an oasis. Communication and booking, room. and laundry service were amazing with a very responsive team and front desk over Whatsapp. My boyfriend and I stayed in a Royal Room, which had a private pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor seating area with a couch and a tub with jets that looks onto the pool. There is a vanity! Perfect of vain people like me who apply make-up daily (lol). These rooms were conveniently located near the restaurant and spa. The property was quiet and we barely saw another traveler despite arriving during high season. The walk to the Beach is short, but they also have a shuttle. The bathroom can seem a bit odd at first. One wall is completely missing so someone swimming in the pool could look directly into the bathroom. There are blinds you can pull down to avoid that. Don't miss the floating breakfast, which must be ordered 1 day in advance, but is totally incredible. They were so accommodating, even buying gluten free bread for my boyfriend so he could enjoy the french toast. The staff even spend time adding flowers and decor items to the floating tray for ambiance. We did a lunch, breakfast and 1 dinner during our 4 day stay and the menu was perfect for a vegan and gluten-free person. The treatment rooms at the spa were the nicest I experienced in Bali.…

Where to even begin? This place is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with warm smiling faces from the friendly staff that will bend over backwards to assure your stay is top notch. The first thing you will notice is the beautiful landscaping which makes you feel like you are in the middle of a traditional rural Bali village in the countryside. The villas are very modern with their own private pools creating a blissful serenity to shake off the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Anything you can want and need is available in your private oasis with the added benefit of the amazing staff. The on site restaurant (Ketela) is hands down one of my favorites in Canggu. Whether your after sundowners, traditional Balinese cuisine, or an amazing breakfast they have it all. We were waited on by Putri who was an absolute angel! Definitely a must stay in Canggu…

Absolutely breathtaking facilities with the perfect touch of rural beauty of Bali close to the city Center and all amenities. As soon as you arrive to this little slice of heaven, the staff immediately make you feel at home and welcome as if you were part of their family. The villas are very modern with the perfect touch of peace and tranquility to help you kick off the dust of the outside world. When it comes to the staff, there is no comparison on the professionalism, friendliness, high spirited, and helpful nature they have instilled into the whole community here. I have been to many five star restaurants and have never received the type of service I did at the On site restaurant at Ketela. Our waitress, Putri was absolutely amazing every single day. Can really recommend this place. It’s a little hidden pearl in the city, perfect to relax and take a break from the noisy city. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, plus their chef at the restaurant is amazing, we only had great food here. The venue beautiful, villas are private and also high level of cleaning.

We stayed at the Anna for nearly a month. They say time flies when you are having fun… The place is amazing , writing my second book at the resort restaurant overlooking the pool and under the shade was a pure bliss. The friendly staff, eager to be helpful is second to none, Putri and Sinta will make your stay memorable. , I promise. Our stay at Theanna Canggu has been outstanding. We have loved our villa. The staff have been exceptional. Always going above and beyond and greeting you with a smile and hello. Every meal we had at the restaurant Ketela was delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service from Putri and Esa teams was always terrific. We enjoyed many cocktails by the pool. Spent a week with my adult daughter at this beautiful resort. We stayed at Aine Villa with our own private pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained & the room cleaned daily whenever we ventured out to Canguu beach, cafes, shops and restaurants which are all near by. Loved having free bottles of water daily in our villa. The resorts shuttle is also a great help to get around Canguu. The staff here are really fabulous. I have travelled the world and are used to good service. I can honestly say they have been perfect. From the restaurant to the front desk staff. They know us by name and are at our beck and call for every question, enquiry, taxi booking and information about local restaurant recommendations. The tranquility of the villas is what we needed and the aircon in the villa is a wonderful reprieve after a humid day outside. We are very happy with our accommodation and would recommend staying here in the heart of Canguu. You won’t regret it. Special mention to Putri in the restaurant who we fell in love with. The sweetest girl, caring, smiley and always going beyond the call of duty to make us happy 💕🌸🌺 Thank you Theanna for a wonderful holiday.…

What a great find! Theanna's location is right in the middle of it all in Canggu, walkable to many spots and just a few minutes to Batu Bolong beach. BUT, it will not seem you're on a busy street. The property is set back away from the street and it actually seems like its own neighborhood with all the other villas. Our Kirana villa was very private as we were within our own walls surrounded by a lush garden. We had an outdoor kitchenette and private pool, though they also have a public pool on property right by the restaurant that is quite peaceful as well. We took them up on their "floating breakfast", which is room service, but floating in your pool! Their own onsite restaurant (separate review) was great, too. Stopped off there a couple of times while also relaxing at their bigger public pool, surrounded by bamboo, I might add. We also booked a couples massage at their onsite spa, also in a beautiful setting. It was great (I napped)! The best part of it all was the staff! Incredibly beautiful and graceful - from our check-in to the restaurant & spa to the folks we saw just walking around the property.…
