We had a great stay at hotel flora inn. Clean rooms and the best restaurant on lighthouse beach at the same location (Malabar). The main reason to go here is actually the fantastic staff that made our stay a blessing! Deepa and Vichu helped us with everything we needed and also came up with many exciting tours to do in Kerala. They will get you the best prices for all the kind of tours you want to do and we learned it the hard way when we didn’t book the Kerala backwater tour from the hotel. So in other words, book your trips via the hotel! Thanks for this year we will definitely come back and there will be no questions asked which hotel we will stay at the next time :)

Stayed here for 3 weeks. The staff where so very helpful. Lovely people. It’s a small clean hotel. Nice size rooms. Perfect location. The restaurant attached malabar cafe is one of Kovalams best. I ate there almost every time.

Basic but very relaxed, no Macdonalds or KFC for miles. Hotel right on the beach, lots of light switches to choose from ha ha! Take your pick of food places where the fish has been caught fresh. Staff were awesome, porter came out in the middle of the night to carry our bags on his head! If you arrive ar an odd hour, or have to check out early, they'll sort you out. Get to know the people, they are always after your tourist dollar but are lovely with it, and there are some very eccentric characters and that's just the Europeans doing the India hippy thing. My wife and daughter did the early morning yoga thing and I had an awesome surf with a guy from the surf club. The whole experience was like, how off the beaten track used to be decades ago. If your after a holiday where anything can happen, and the fun is in the adventure, give it a go.…

i was at this hote[ last april it was realy exciting trip just beside beatiful kovalam beach .its realy ideal place for thse who is looking for relaxation as well fresh sea food available here..from his reort you can access to the nearby light house to have agood sea view from the top of the lighthouse.theres arestaurant within the hotel for for food and candlie light dinner near beach.

Hi all, we stayed in this hotel on 08/Feb./2019 and stay was excellent, The staff is friendly and helpfull. specially thanks to Mr. Vichhu, he helped to us on backwater cruise booking, and in other things. i recommend to this hotel for stay in Kovalam beach, main plus point of this hotel is its in front of SEA. we can walk any time on beach, this beach is more secure. nearby pure VEG food also available. light house is just nearby hotel. Location wise this one is one of the best hotels in and around Kovalam Beach. They have quite a few rooms and all those rooms are carefully beautified with bits and pieces. Good standard rooms, flat TV, AC, fan, are the features of this hotel. However, the wash room could have been a better one to match the rooms. We had two rooms, out of them one was upgraded and the same was enjoyed by my son. They have well mannered staff members, who are always ready to serve you the best. They have a sea facing restaurant, and this is one of biggest plus points of the hotel. Remember, no car can reach this far and you have to walk a bit to reach the hotel. Be sure, that after reaching the hotel you will feel like wow, this is it. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel for others.

It is located just on the beach. Very clean room with good location. I thik room A-5 to A-8 has good view. The street is full of restaurant and shops. Also it is nice for backpackers and couples. Try it

It was a worthwhile stay at beach flora inn right next to the beach with friends. Stayed there for 2 days in different rooms. Both the rooms were tidy. Bathroom was neat. Hospitality at its best. Vichu who single handedly took care of all we needed. Be it food, water or cab. Good place to stay with family aswell. Cheers to beach flora inn and Vichu
