I highly recommend, not only staying here and truly absorbing the beauty of the surrounds, but taking the time to experience India's treasure of Ayurvedic treatments right from the natives themselves! The customer service is par excellence and made us feel like we've come to a home, away from home. Kailas Holiday Inn came highly recommended and I now I highly recommend it. Definitely worth the stay! Thankyou so very much for the wonderful holiday! We will most definitely be back when I next visit stunning Kerala! :) …

It was a perfect stay at the hotel located on the road to Kovalam beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. The reception desk was particularly very courteous & helpful and they even arranged for the sightseeing trips to nearby tourist locations. Food was awesome.

I came with my family to Kerala trip, this is the budget hotel with peaceful ambience and comfortable rooms. Being a clean freak I rarely feel good. Lobby paintings are special attraction. He let me use pool even after closing hours. But ax need bit maintainance, water is dripping now n then.

Kailas Holiday Inn (Also a part of OYO properties) is a semi luxury hotel located on Beach Road , Kovalam. Its immediate plus is close proximity to the beach (within perhaps 1 km) and if you're upto it , its a nice walk along the beach road. No beach views from the Hotel rooms though. The hotel offers great food (try the local cuisine) or the days catch prepared chef style and also has a very hospitable staff. The manager himself Mr Joy is a truly great person and always there to assist. Rooms are small in size but much like any other business hotel sized rooms. Other amenities available are Indoor Pool Wifi Laundry and ironing facility Breakfast on Room tariff Inhouse restaurant 24 hrs running Hot Water AC rooms A stay in this property in well worth if you decide to stay at Kovalam for maybe a day or two. And if you do not want to spend on bigger budget and bigger star hotels in the nearby vicinity.…

I with my family had gone in mid of july 2015 to Kovalam. Did Booking with Vihar Hospitality & Leisure, Kailas Holiday Inn was really a welcoming Hotel. The Manager Joy and the staff was very friendly, the Chef was outstanding, He made food as per our Choice and the food was excellent. We were made very comfortable as I had 2kids and was bit worried of their comfort. But as said it was really memorable stay.

The hotel itself is OK. The people working there are nice. Problems with the Power on and off constantly. It is Pradessh one of the owners, at least thats what he told me, who booked my tour and told me he owns the hotel. Once Pradessh takes your money and has his driver, ask for more an hour into day one of the tour, stating Pradessh will pay me back, you will not see either your money nor Pradeesh again.

Dear J D, the money you had paid was for the package tour and knowing all the cancellation policies, you cancelled and made amendments at last minute. Sorry, we ll not be taking responsibility for all the last minute changes and refunds, when we ve already hotels/resort/houseboat etc... The power was only put off for minutes when shifting to generator and back when there was constant power cut off /fluctuations due to the international sea port works..This was something above our control. Anyway, thanks for your stay..

First of all the hotel is very near to beach, the rooms are spacious enough and could suit beast for a family. I especially liked the roof top were you can have couple of drinks in comfort. SPA attached makes more comfort to the guest rather going in search of one. Excellent staff the food was amazing with typical kerala traditional touch in all the dishes. I would definitely recommend thi s hotel...
