Hotel is ok, near to the beach. Rooms are average. cleanliness is also ok, they don't maintain the property, else it could offer much more. There are broken bath tubs and chairs. The refrigerator was not clean Pool was also not clean, may be due to Covid no one is using. Breakfast was good, i stayed 2 days here. The wifi only works in the reception area not in the rooms.

The hotel was overall good, reception is friendly. Breakfast is not good however the dinner served was tasty. No sea food available eventhough soo close to sea.. Room wS spacious but balcony is soo hot due to ac outdoor unit. The bedsheets corners are torn, bathroom is not soo clean, some leakages are present. The people are soo friendly with a great attitude. Overall its a budget hotel to stay near vizhinjam beach with ample of parking area.

The property was well maintained having spacious rooms. Location was good and seimming pool was also spacious and clean. The price charged was quite reasonable. The breakfast was good but it should have more varieties. Overall excellent property to visit.

The two hotel rooms given for our bookings were having quite some issues like, dysfunctional toilet flush, bathroom with poor lighting, worn off bath tub, latches broken. The staff responded quickly for the complaints and promised giving several options for alternate rooms. But then we had to wait for unreasonably long for those rooms to be ready for us. Then those rooms weren't free from troubles. The fan were worn and rusted, TV wasn't working, AC remote didn't have charged batteries, the bathroom latch was offset, the faucet knob kept coming off, the restaurant needs unreasonably lot of time to prepare and bring the food on the table and so on... Overall, the staff were friendly and were trying to address the problems but the issues were too overwhelming! The location of hotel is quite at convenient distance from the beach. Overall good, We stayed in deluxe room. Room was good but the bathroom has many issues, missing hot water(due to hot weather, didn't bother to us). We have taken 2 rooms, both the rooms there was slippage of water on the roof. No Lift. The pool was good and big enough. Good view from poolside. Near about 500 meters from lighthouse beach. Staff was good and Courteous. Enough parking space inside this cottage. Restaurant available for south Indian food. Room service available.

Located near to the light house beach. Clean hotel. Didn't face any major issues. Courteous staff. Had a pleasant stay. Only issue we faced was the unavailability of hot water.good views from the pool side

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Bathroom had a lot of problems, the water trickled out of both the shower head and the taps. Toilette water constantly running as if on continuous flush. Bath quite dirty. Shower by the pool worked better than the one in the room. I must admit the bed was extremely comfortable offering a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very good. Easy 5 minute downhill walk to the beach however if your unfit its a hell of a trek back up the hill.

Worst hotel we have ever visited..rooms all smelling..with shabby walls..and toilets with broken bathtub...n worst of all this room is said to be delux room..also the hotel staff was very bad..beware of this hotel .........

The Hotel is very good and is ideally located being very close to the Light House beach. The staff is extremely courteous. The Catering Deptt under Mr Dixon serves mouth watering cuisine and is par excellence.
