I was stayed at rockholm beach resort with my family for a two days trip.It was a remarkable trip in my life. Resort was in a very beautiful location with a wonderful beach view. Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. I tried a traditional massage at resort and it was awesome, I should thank to Krishnan and Rajneesh for their great attitude towards guest. Food was very perfect in breakfast and lunch ( I missed to try dinner there).my kids were enjoyed well in the swimming pool. I wish to visit every year at rockholm beach resort with my family and I recommend the same to all of my friends and colleagues. Thanks to rockholm team 🙏🙏 keep it up. 👍

Overall a Good stay and an Amazing location.Needs to improve customer experience, I wish paying 11k for a night to a premium ocean view room could have given me good customer satisfaction which I missed here.I felt the security and room service were too lazy,restaurant menu looked really good but my choices from the menu was not available.

Without doubt this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in Kovalam during our time in Kerala! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception staffs (Ms. Soumya & Ms. Viji) Both were extremely friendly, supportive & courteous. The restaurant is well accessible. We had two great days here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The room which we booked was a Premium Ocean View with a curved balcony. This room gave us the best panoramic 360 degree view of the ocean with its waves hitting the rocks below & the view of the Kovalam lighthouse complimenting it ! The art decor, statues & paintings within the hotel brings out the history & roots of this hotel & the people associated with it. The atmosphere here was so special that it really felt like home to us. The swimming pool is so well maintained & clean for a dip just overlooking the sea. The breakfast spread was limited but to the point. All respect for the general manager & staff who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality! Room - Spectacular! We were happy, that we choose a perfect stay for us. It was a reel we saw on Instagram and decided to stay here. Its a beautiful property with best location. The staff is just perfect in every department. Sowmya at Reception was the first smiling face we met when we checked in. She could help us in every small thing we needed. Anu and Sowmesh were super in the restaurant. Always cooperative. Everybody seems Perfect.

Amazing hotel in Kovalam. The rooms are spacious, confortable and well designed (the bed is top for a great sleep!). Beautiful swimming pool and garden area with gorgeous views to the beach. We ate everyday at the restaurant and we were never disapointed, delicious food! I loved all the art that is exhibited in the hotel, a great taste!

Cleanliness, location, amazing views, comfy spacious rooms; Amazing service by front desk staff at the reception. Shoutout to Soumya and Santosh who were so very helpful during our stay there and to Viji the manager. They are able to assist with anything if you reach out to them. Even arranged for in-house RT-PCR testing for travel purposes so that we did not have to leave the property. Pool was crystal clear. Beach was pristine and private. Restaurant has amazing views. Buffet breakfast had combination of continental and local dishes. Masala dosas/paper dosas are served on request for breakfast. Tried the fish biryani and fish and chips for dinner. Both were flavorful. For photography enthusiasts, this place is a dream. Going down into the beach there are some rocky areas that makes for an interesting photo op/rock scramble. The lighthouse is a 3 min walking distance away. Can't recommend this place enough. Definitely would stay here again if I come back, to try the spa and yoga sessions. Definitely need google maps to navigate to this location. Even local drivers/autos are not familiar with the location. There is parking space at the back that not many are aware of. You can catch an auto or arrange for taxi if you go up thw street. Cost is rs 900 for one way ride to the airport at 12:30 am. Cheaper if ride is earlier during the day. Taxis are arranged by the auto rickshaw drivers at the top and will require some bargaining. Would be nice if this was an uber friendly location. Hopefully that will happen some day soon.…

Super great location! Our room overlooked the sea and the private beach was accessible directly from the hotel. Service was a tad bit slow, especially considering how great the rest of the hotel was! Overall great experience though, would highly recommend!
