We have been on plenty of trips and this was by far the best we have been on. Even without the awesome fishing the staff was great. My little brother is a picky eater and they made sure he had something he liked for dinner every night. The food was amazing. The guides put us on fish every day. We...

This was my wife and I's first fly in fishing trip to Alaska and after speaking with several other outfitters we chose Wilderness Place Lodge and what a treat it was. The wife and I both landed a 40+ pound King Salmon (fulfilling our yearly limit) which was just icing on the cake to the other Trout and Salmon that...

What a fantastic trip. Went with a group of 8 guys. Some were previous guests and some, including myself, were first timers. The float plane to the lodge was just the beginning. Pulling up to a sandbar a meeting the guides gives you a hint of what you are in for. Luggage and all are unloaded from the plane in...

Had a great return vacation to the lodge. Last time we went for kings. This time we fished for silvers and sockeyes. Just as fun as the first time. The staff makes the trip even better. Food was fantastic.

After about 10 days of sightseeing in a RV grandma returned to Michigan and Austin and I left for a week at WPL. The experience was outstanding for myself and 16 year grandson. Kyle, our guide taught the both of us fly fishing. He was very patient and both of us soon were catching Kings, Rainbows and occasionally a Grayling....

The truth is, I don't know the first thing about fishing. But I do know when I'm having a wonderful time. No question, Jason, Cory, Noah and the gang are 100% committed to making your stay something you will remember. We've fished with this group four times and I'm ready to go back!
