This hotel was quite a surprise to us! Who would have thought that a small little place such as the North Pole, Alaska would have a Five Star Hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Our rooms were very nice, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Stephanie was working the desk when we checked in,...

A lovely modern hotel in North Pole. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not the best setting as it is near a supermarket and rather difficult to find. The were very big and comfortable with air conditioning, very comfortable beds. A very nice continental breakfast, only one fault is that tables were very limited about half a dozen only...

We were on the seond floor. Not much of a view since you look right out into the parking lot of a Safeway and at a McDonalds. But if you are like me, you aren't there to stay in your room. Get out and explore. It's such a cute little place. Santa's House isn't far, and Fairbanks is like 18...

First time staying in hotel north pole and over I was not impressed. If you want a fridge in your room you have to pay an extra charge per night. Also no microwave in my room or the 4 other people I was traveling with. I've stayed in cheapo hotels that had fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Now to...

We stayed for 2 nights in March. Upon arrival, the lobby was very nice an welcoming. The hotel was actually sold out & very busy. They had 2 staff at the check in counter, but only 1 computer, so was a bit slow. The room was ok. Beds were a little hard. The room was clean. Apparently their hotel WiFi...

The best thing about this hotel, was breakfast. There was a waffle bar, selections of juices, muffins, breadstuffs, and cereals. It's situated at the edge of a grocery store parking lot with a dilapidated car wash in view. Plenty of grass for walking the dog. Honestly, it was overpriced compared to hotels 15 minutes down the road in Fairbanks.

We drove into North Pole for a few days, excited to see Santa! The hotel is located just behind a superstore by an interstate with plenty of parking. Check in was quick and efficient and the reception looks lovely. There wasn't a bar or restaurant, but there are several to choose from in the area, within walking distance. Be warned...

Loved the room - not super modern but nice, clean, and huge. The hotel itself was quite homey, and to make it extra cute they have a plate of fresh cookies for guests at the reception desk each day at 5:30pm. Good location, good shower, free parking, decent wifi, and aurora alerts if requested. The heater in our room worked...

The view was great, we had everything we needed in the room, the breakfast was great, but we had to change rooms once. The lobby was extremely comfy. The fire was always roaring, the staff is friendly, the ice sculptures is very nice. The beds were very easy to sleep in.
