I was very pleased with my choice to stay at this hotel over Christmas. My street-facing room gave me a wonderful view of the Thomas Basin harbor at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a historic style but thoroughly modern fixtures, and the antique furniture gave the room a cozy atmosphere. It was easy to come and...

I highly recommend this hotel. I hate staying at huge chain hotels because I feel like I'm losing out on a certain charm that the city has to offer. The New York hotel in Ketchikan is no different...as you leave the airport (which they will pick you up and drop off for free from btw) you pass a few chain...

Once again I was given the Star Room above Soho Coho. The room is charming with a comfortable feather bed and a jacuzzi. Best hotel in Ketchikan. We stay here several times a year and love it! I was able to get a late check out to accommodate a late ferry departure time. The complimentary shuttle van took me to...

Prompt and complete reservations service and front desk. Great to have shuttle service to/from Ferry Terminal and Airport ferry (unique in America). Room and services 1st rate. Lovely views at night and on a gorgeous November morning. O'Briens downstairs is a real plus with tasty home cooked food, a great bar and superb Alaskan beer selection. Breakfast there was scrumptious...

My first impression when I saw the outside of the hotel was questionable; those thoughts soon vanished as we settled in to a lovely upstairs room with a beautiful view of the harbor. Clean, comfortable and inviting. Jose checked on us a few times to make sure all was well. A good stay!

My husband and I just returned from Ketchikan and stayed here. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and cute with a great view and a very good value. We would definitely recommend anyone staying here! :)

You will not soon forget a chance to stay in a former red light district. Jose, the owner was personable and welcoming and offered us an upgrade to a great loft suite that was right on the river. It was spacious and comfortable and had the wonderful sound of the water to lull us to sleep. Creek Street is lovely...

I stayed just one night on my way home to Anchorage and found the Inn to be top notch. I was there just before Halloween and Jose was quick to provide me with a complimentary ticket to the big Halloween Bash in town happening at the Civic Center that night. The room was comfortable, over looking the harbor. The bed...

Located on Creek Street in nicely restored buildings, I stayed in the Preacher's House several days. It is quite comfortable. Located in "Old Town", it is on the edge of the main business district with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. WiFi is above average. See the speed test that I posted.

We stayed here for 3 nights from 29 Aug to 1 Sept 2012. Jose, the owner was very efficient. Picked us up from the airport ferry terminal promptly. And then surprised us by saying he has upgraded to a loft suite. Can you believe it!!! Our suite came with a big bay window that overlooked the waterfront, comfortable bedroom, spacious...
