Mike and his staff simply out did themselves on this one. To start...great fishing where the guides get you on the fish. Brant, JP, Joe, Mark, Big Game, Bubba and Bone are down to earth awesome people who love to fish, teach the methods and have a great time with the guests. To many favorites to list, but the fly...

I loved the place. The guides are top notch. They will do everything they can to put you on the fish so that you can limit out for the day. The flyout was by far the best. The food was great. They will take care of delivering your fish to the processor each day. The processor they use is very...

This lodge has it all. Great food prepared by chef,Scott. Great fishing guides, Bubba, Brant, Dirty Joe, Big game and JP. Great charters for Halibut from Homer and Ninilchik. A great host in Mike T. and Griff. This is the most accomodating lodge to get you on fish. You may have to travel but they will get you on fish....

I loved Tower Rock Lodge and can’t wait to go back. My wife and I spent a few days there this fall and had a remarkable time. The guides are knowledgable, friendly and all have a sense of humor. The food is good. The cabins, camp, lodge and equipment are clean and well kept. If you are planning a fishing...

This is what I was hoping to experience for my very first visit to Alaska and my first time fly-fishing, but assumed was too much to ask for. Tower Rock Lodge was great: my uncle and I stayed in a cool little log cabin that was walking distance to a fire pit and the food house, where we were treated...

We had never been to Alaska, so we depended on Trip Advisor and Orvis-endorced to guide us to Tower Rock. We wound up having the perfect all-around AK fishing experience. Lodging, staff, meals and amenities were 5 star every day. Even the sub-contractors (bush pilot/aircraft, ocean fishing, fish processing) were outstanding. The guides truly knew their business and made each...

You want the REAL ALASKA? here it is. Every time I hear someone say we went to Alaska on a cruise and it was great. It probably was, but it wasn't Alaska. We saw an otter and several river seals, fantastic, but it wasn't Alaska. How would you like to be standing in front of your cabin and have a young...

1. Weather - August & September usually has rain every day. 2. Lodge capacity - Tower Rock has a guest capacity of 24 per week. They are known to over book, lodging extras at a local motel. Great - except their dining room holds at max. of 20. You become packed in like sardines. 3. Fly fishing for silvers is...

If you are going to this region of Alaska, this is a "must stay" place. It has alll the typical things you would expect for a premium price ( great food, excellent accommodations, etc.) but what really makes it great is the warm and inviting staff. Everyone from the guides to the folks in the kitchen treat you amazing well...

I just 5 completed my 8th visit to Tower Rock Lodge and I have visited TRL as an individual, a couple along with my wife, and have used the facility as a sales incentive for the managers of the company. On all levels Mike and Mark Tuhy have performed admirably, they provide one with a can do attitude and have...
